Core Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Manage, coach, and develop your team, offering operational support and career development while fostering a tailored team culture.
• Set and monitor targets, tracking team performance through data and reporting aligned with client needs.
• Motivate and encourage your team to deliver exceptional service.

Delivery:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for mid- to senior-level hires, with a focus on recruiting technical talent across disciplines.
• Ensure the success of your team’s core delivery by partnering with senior stakeholders across Talentful and client departments.
• Forecast, provide insights, and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders.

Initiatives:

• Adopt a consultative approach to improve internal business models and optimize processes for client and Talentful impact.
• Identify and implement smarter workflows to enhance efficiency.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in volume-driven environments with a track record of hitting ambitious hiring goals.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams across multiple geographies, driving delivery and success.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills to build lasting relationships quickly.
• Ability to recognize and capitalize on expansion opportunities.
• Data-centric approach to recruitment strategy, leveraging metrics for decision-making.
• Experience in in-house, RPO, or embedded recruitment models.
• Background in recruiting technical talent.
