About Gigmos
Gigmos is a global technical support and managed services company built on a dual workforce model: a core of permanent employees supported by a distributed pool of gig engineers. Our workforce is spread across 9+ countries and we support our clients in 6+ global languages, working predominantly remotely. We have been a delivery partner to Microsoft for over six years, alongside other global technology clients.
We are also actively building AI into how support gets delivered rather than treating it as a bolt-on. That includes AI-assisted troubleshooting and knowledge retrieval for engineers, automated case summarisation and quality scoring, intelligent routing and triage of incoming volume, and AI-driven analysis of operational and customer data. Alongside this, we deliver support for AI and modern business applications platforms on behalf of our clients, so our engineers work on the technology as well as with it.
Our differentiator is the ability to scale skilled support capacity up and down on demand, across time zones, skills, and languages, without carrying idle bench cost. This role sits at the center of all three.
Why this role exists
You will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to customers using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You will lead the technical team, support case resolution, diagnose complex issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely and accurate resolution.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You are expected to reproduce issues, read error telemetry, understand the platform properly, guide team members through complex technical issues, and reach a correct answer rather than a deflection.
What will you handle
Power Apps
- Canvas and model-driven app issues: formula and expression errors, delegation warnings, control behavior, performance, and load time.
- Data source and connector problems: connection authentication, refresh failures, connector limits, and throttling.
- Dataverse issues: table and column configuration, relationships, security roles, row-level permissions, business rules.
- Environment and ALM topics: solution import failures, managed versus unmanaged behavior, environment variables, deployment errors.
- Licensing and entitlement questions, including premium connector requirements.
Power Automate
- Cloud flow failures: trigger conditions not firing, run history errors, expression and dynamic content issues, loops, and concurrency.
- Desktop flow and RPA issues: machine registration, unattended run failures, credential and gateway problems.
- Approvals, scheduled flows, and integration with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Dataverse.
- Throttling, API limits, retry policy, and performance tuning.
- DLP policy blocks and governance-related failures.
Across Both
- Reproduce reported issues in your own environment before concluding.
- Write clear, accurate case notes and customer-facing updates.
- Escalate correctly and with complete evidence when a case exceeds your scope.
- Contribute reusable solutions to the knowledge base.
- Meet response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction standards on every case.
- Ensure the team follows defined technical and support processes.
Technical Leadership and Team Handling
- Lead and manage the technical team handling Power Apps and Power Automate cases.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on complex issues and escalations.
- Review technical resolutions and ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to support standards.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve troubleshooting and technical capabilities.
- Take ownership of complex technical issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalations.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Candidate Profile
Essentials
- 2+ years experience in a Team Lead role with proven team-handling experience.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience building and supporting Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate flows in a real working environment.
- Working knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, environments, and Power Platform security concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot from error messages, run history, and logs rather than by trial and error.
- Strong written English. You will be writing directly to customers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet, a working machine, and a quiet place to work through your shift.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and within the client's security and data handling requirements.
Preferred
- Microsoft certification: PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
- Experience in a customer-facing support or service desk environment with SLAs.
- Exposure to Power BI, Azure, SharePoint, or Dynamics 365.
- Experience handling technical escalations and mentoring technical teams.
- Additional language capability beyond English.
How the role works
The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts based on business and client requirements. During your assigned shift, you are expected to be logged in, available, and actively supporting the team and customer cases.
You will be responsible for day-to-day technical guidance, case escalations, team support, quality of resolutions, and ensuring that the team meets defined support standards.
Quality expectations include ensuring technically accurate resolutions, appropriate case documentation, timely escalations, and adherence to customer support standards.
Monitoring is required during shift hours, explained fully during onboarding.
Onboarding includes Gigmos onboarding, client-specific process training, and any certifications the client mandates before taking live cases.

View Company ProfileGigmos (operating under gigmos.com, legally Gigmo Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a premier, enterprise-grade on-demand customer support platform, decentralized gig economy pioneer, and contact center AI orchestration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity omnichannel support, technical troubleshooting, and elastic workforce scaling layer for global software houses and enterprises. Founded by corporate technology veterans Puneet Narang and Mukund Krishna, the platform completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of traditional customer support models—where scaling enterprises encounter crippling operational overhead, rigid fixed staffing costs, and variable ticket queues that destroy customer satisfaction metrics—by deploying a sophisticated, on-demand customer experience (CX) matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive business process outsourcing (BPO) centers or unvetted freelance bulletin networks, Gigmos natively unifies a global network of vetted, highly technical gig experts, an automated multi-stage candidate assessment and ID verification loop, and intelligent AI-powered conversational bots operating in perfect synergy with human agents into a single high-availability hybrid fulfillment platform. Trusted to deliver enterprise-tier tech support workloads for major international software ecosystems (including dedicated diagnostic pipelines for Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint architectures), the infrastructure guarantees massive cost containment via an efficient pay-per-support billing setup. Entirely bootstrapped and operating with independent financial resilience since its commercial launch, the firm scales an agile, highly distributed workforce spanning technical hubs across North America and India. Under the hood, its technology core utilizes advanced machine learning-driven quality monitoring, context-aware ticket-routing algorithms, and secure, remote workstation infrastructure built to preserve strict enterprise data integrity without compromising agent onboarding velocity. What sets Gigmos apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing fragile, high-overhead contact center operations with absolute workforce elasticity, automated QA predictability, and client resolution velocity; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive conversational computing and live human intelligence, the enterprise remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic CX management and global customer service transformation.
