The Supervisor, Construction Information (West-Great Plains Region) is a detail-oriented and hands-on leader, supporting the performance, quality, and operational execution of a team focused on commercial construction data acquisition and client support. This role is responsible for coaching team members, managing day-to-day workflows, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and customer responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members, including retraining as needed.
  • Maintain and update source and account relationship lists; partner with colleagues and management to identify and prioritize new prospects, and distribute and rebalance assignments across the team.
  • Conduct call and communication reviews for team members; provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance and quality.
  • Oversee and distribute client inquiry workload, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions; monitor inquiry trends to identify performance or data quality gaps and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge and documentation of regional project data sources, and ensure accurate up-to-date entry and management within the source repository.
  • Track and analyze source conversion rates and outbound engagement activity (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, and source retention) to evaluate team performance and identify coaching and collection opportunities.
  • Monitor commercial construction project reporting to ensure accurate project progression across the construction lifecycle.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to data quality, coverage, and completeness; provide insights and recommendations to Content Operations and Product leadership for improvement initiatives.
  • Build, own, and grow relationships with a select group of high-value, hard-to-reach industry participants through outbound calls, emails, industry events, and association meetings to strengthen intelligence pipelines and model effective outreach strategies for the team.
  • Lead demonstrations of Dodge tools and data capabilities for key industry sources to drive participation and engagement, translating firsthand experience and results into coaching that strengthens the team’s own demo skills and effectiveness.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities related to growth and coverage expansion in targeted geography.

Education Requirement:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced outreach, account management, or customer success.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client operations.
  • Proven track record of outbound relationship-building and source acquisition, with the ability to coach others on effective outreach techniques that drive customer engagement, product adoption, and data-sharing cooperation, and build team outbound playbooks and cadences.
  • Ability to demonstrate and train others on software and data capabilities, including reviewing recorded or live demos for quality and consistency, to strengthen source engagement and drive collaboration.
  • Coaches team members on multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media) and opportunity-qualification techniques to build and sustain a healthy source pipeline.
  • Ability to coach team members on value-selling and objection-handling techniques for data-sharing conversations with sources.
  • Experience with territory planning and account segmentation, and using CRM and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Quicksight, Excel, etc.) to analyze team-wide pipeline and conversion trends.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers and support business retention efforts.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.

  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and contribute to retention strategies.
  • Experience coaching and developing team members who perform outbound calling, strengthening their technique, and improving results over time.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
