The NetBrain Field Sales team is seeking a proven Enterprise hunter with extensive software selling experience and a high EQ in the greater Tennessee area to join their World Class sales organization.
The Strategic Account Executive will assist GSI/MSP and Fortune 500 companies in transforming their network operations using automation and dynamic mapping. Candidates will drive six and seven-figure deals and make a significant impact on NetBrain’s growth.
What You'll Do:
- Exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
- Define and execute a territory business plan, including target accounts, productivity strategies, and high-quality pipeline to achieve predictable outcomes and overachievement.
- Engage with all levels of a Global organization across IT and other business lines.
- Demonstrate expertise in key selling methodologies to maximize deal values and accelerate the customer buying process.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of all sales activities through salesforce.com.
- Collaborate with a team of Business Development Representatives and Sales Engineers to maximize coverage and technology evangelism within target accounts.
- Balance driving bookings for immediate needs while developing a long-term, healthy pipeline.
- Understand the agenda of the CIO and the impact of digital transformation across all lines of business.
- Construct complex technical and commercial proposals.
- Leverage partners to maximize penetration and scale within the target market.
What You Bring:
- 5-10 years of technology/SaaS sales experience, selling into IT of large enterprise companies.
- Proven ability to work in a value-based sales environment with a long sales cycle.
- Ability to learn and explain technical concepts to technical teams.
- High emotional intelligence with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within your territory.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive computer use.
