About the Role

We are hiring a Solutions Architect to help strategic customers unlock the full potential of video AI. This role involves:

• Acting as the dedicated technical resource for key accounts, driving solution design, implementation guidance, and co-development of innovative applications showcasing TwelveLabs' multimodal foundation models.
• Providing expert technical guidance while collaborating with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering teams.
• Thriving in a highly self-directed, creative, and rapidly evolving environment.

Candidates must be prepared to travel up to 10% of the time annually for conferences, off-site meetings, and other business-related events. This role may also require participation in on-site interviews and/or in-person onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by:

• Providing technical expertise, scoping use cases, and supporting the implementation of video AI applications with technical stakeholders at startups and enterprises.
• Owning technical relationships with strategic customers, ensuring successful integrations, resolving complex technical challenges, and driving adoption across their organizations.
• Guiding customers on best practices for leveraging TwelveLabs APIs to create secure, scalable, and differentiated video understanding experiences.
• Serving as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions, escalating complex requirements to internal experts as needed.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs for common customer requirements and technical challenges.
• Gathering customer feedback and representing the voice of developers and enterprises to internal teams, helping shape product roadmaps and future capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates possess:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer.
• Experience working with hyperscalers, with a preference for AWS and hands-on experience supporting customers building on Amazon Bedrock; Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers are also welcome.
• A strong understanding of and experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development, with a deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads.
• Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, with a track record of building trusted technical relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and debug integration issues with engineering teams.
• The ability to operate with high horsepower, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-changing environment with evolving priorities.
• A collaborative, humble attitude with an eagerness to help customers and internal teams succeed.
