Service Delivery Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely within EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Manages and oversees the service delivery process;
• Directs activities of the team;
• Addresses customer feedback to ensure service meets customer expectations;
• Monitors service performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and availability targets, ensuring timely resolution of service issues and risks;
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives and coordinates with technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to optimize service quality, efficiency, and operational performance.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, combined with 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• At least 10 years of experience in delivering for or in a production environment operating under formal availability commitments;
• At least 10 years of experience in spanning a multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructure;
• At least 10 years of experience in global projects that have comprised at least 10 managed services or application environments, or served at least 100 concurrent users;
• At least 10 years of experience in global projects or managed service contract involving formal testing, change, release, or CI/CD pipeline management;
• ITIL Managing Professional (ITIL MP) or ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (ITIL SL) certification and a PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is a strong asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
