Senior UI/UX Designer (Prediction Markets & Trading Terminals)

P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $10B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking. We specialize in decentralized finance solutions, including ETH, SOL, DOT, TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, and Berachain, with an average NRR of 10% higher than the market in ETH and SOL, and 20% higher in DOT. Our clients include BitGo, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, and SBI, among others.

We are actively expanding our product line to include RWA, data, yield, and service products for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prediction market & trading terminal design: Design intuitive, high-performance trading interfaces, including dashboards, charts, order books, and trading workflows.

• Web & App Design: Own the end-to-end UI/UX design of web and mobile applications, from initial concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces.

• Social Media & Marketing Creatives: Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.

• Design System: Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and scalable design system across all digital products.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.

• Design Ownership: Take full ownership of design decisions, present and justify your solutions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
