Senior Solutions Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to inspire our customers by helping them understand the art of what’s possible with the Webflow platform. You will tell our differentiated story that shows how our solution helps them meet their business objectives.

The Solutions Engineering team plays a vital role by partnering closely with our customers as well as with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure mutual, long-term success. We aim to deeply understand our customers’ strategic objectives and technical requirements. We architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock meaningful business value for our customers. Additionally, we champion the voice of our customers by understanding market trends and influencing product direction.

About the role:

• Location: Remote-first (United States; BC, Canada)

• Our cash compensation ranges depending on the geographic area:
  • United States (all figures in USD)
    • Zone A: $178,000 - $210,000
    • Zone B: $166,500 - $196,000
    • Zone C: $156,500 - $184,000
  • Canada (all figures in CAD)
    • 174,500 - 205,000

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll:

• Partner with 3-4 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
• Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
• Influence product direction for short and long-term success by representing the customer voice
• Support cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
• Travel up to 25%

About you:

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
• Know how to drive a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate

You’ll thrive as a Senior Solutions Engineer if you:

• Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions
• Exhibit an understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you
• Possess strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
