Senior Software Engineer

We're looking to add a Senior Software Engineer to this nerd club of ours. If you're a seasoned engineer who knows your way around well-designed, event-driven systems, and agentic coding tools like Cursor and Claude are a real part of how you ship software, we'd love to chat.

Here's what you can expect as a Senior Software Engineer at LT:

• You'll work with a small, collaborative team (typically 3–5 people) to design, build, and deliver solutions that solve real business problems.

• You'll use agentic coding tools like Cursor and Claude every day to plan, write, refactor, and test code, while keeping a sharp eye on quality and design.

• You'll design and evolve systems using Domain-Driven Design, with clear bounded contexts, well-modeled aggregates, and meaningful domain events.

• You'll build and maintain event-driven architectures, including CQRS and event-sourced systems.

• You'll partner with product owners, clients, and fellow engineers to turn fuzzy requirements into clean, maintainable software.

• You'll mentor teammates, share what you've learned about good architecture and effective agentic workflows, and help raise the bar for the whole team.

What we're generally looking for:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Proficiency with agentic coding tools like Cursor and Claude, including how to guide them well, review what they produce, and know when to take the wheel yourself

• Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design, including aggregates, domain events, and bounded contexts

• Experience building event-driven systems, with a working knowledge of CQRS and Event Sourcing

• Strong experience with Python and Django

• Experience with C# and .NET

• Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to keep learning
