Junior Integration Specialist

As a Junior Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for performing data and software integrations with customers to ensure they get the most out of their investment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients following the sale to collect information and requirements related to setting up relevant integrations for their Raptor system, primarily:

• Student Information System → Raptor integrations

• Raptor → Student Information Systems integrations

• Active Directory integrations

• API integrations

• Communicating with clients throughout the set-up process to ensure all parties have what they need to be successful.

• Consulting with customers throughout the set-up process and beyond to ensure their data is maximizing the value of the Raptor system.

• Provide data validation results to customers and guidance for improvement.

• Updating key stakeholders on any deliverable or project milestone completions.

• Act as a subject matter expert on integrations for all departments and collaborators.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Business related or technical field.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a project management and customer-centric role.

• Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to think technically.

• Excellent deductive reasoning skills.

• Strong soft skills are a must.

• Customer-centric mindset.

• Understanding of Software Integrations is a plus.
