How You Will Make an Impact
Frida is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Sales Team and focus on managing retailer accounts and relationships as well as assisting the team overall to drive the Frida business forward. The Senior Sales Manager will be driven to achieve success, detail-oriented, and a collaborative partner. This is a remote role, but must be located in Minneapolis, MN.
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sr. Director of Sales to manage the Target business and key retail account relationship
- Develop retailer specific reporting that delivers actionable insights related to Sales, Share, Competition, Inventory, and Retailer P&L
- Management of retailer pipeline - ensuring future distribution changes (new items, expansions, swaps, deletions) are communicated to sales, planning, and marketing teams
- Work directly with Operations team to provide retailer updates (changes to ship to trade dates, revisions, pricing, etc.) and update the retailer pipeline accordingly
- Own new item set up to ensure retailers have everything needed for a successful omni-channel launch
- Partner with Digital Team to keep retailer PDPs up to date, and provide insights back into internal teams on competitive online presence
- Lead ISM/Display planning and execution by coordinating between retailers, external vendors, and internal design/marketing teams
- Assist with annual Retailer negotiation planning process
- Partner with peer Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales to create weekly internal executive-level retailer recaps
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience with national retailer platforms, ie Partners Online, Retail Link, Stibo
- 4+ years experience in sales related field; CPG or retail experience is highly preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements & priorities constantly change
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- A self-starter with an ability to complete tasks both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
