As an Senior Regional Director of Sales, your mission is not only to hit revenue goals but also to help districts unlock real outcomes for students. In this role, you’ll be shaping the trajectory of a high-growth company while directly influencing how schools across the country deliver education.
You’ll lead a team of 8 Small and Mid-Market Account Executives to consistently achieve 100%+ attainment per quarter, while ensuring a collective pipeline generation of at least 3x coverage per quarter across the team. You’ll drive a culture of accountability, high activity, and strategic outreach to accelerate new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities. All while successfully managing a team of 8 AEs, enabling each rep to hit quota through effective coaching, rigorous pipeline management, and creative problem-solving.
We are currently prioritizing candidates on the West Coast.
What You’ll Do:
Revenue & Pipeline: Team consistently hits quota with 3x coverage; deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
Coaching & Development: Weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections; build a high-performing, quota-crushing team.
Operational Excellence: Drive Salesforce/Gong hygiene, enforce sales methodology (MEDDPICC), and ensure predictable execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to accelerate growth and bring back insights from the field.
Adaptability: Lead effectively in a high-growth, changing environment; identify gaps and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
Sales Leadership: 3–5+ years leading Account Executives with a track record of team quota attainment. Experience selling and/or leading in K-12 EdTech or the Public Sector is a plus.
Forecasting & Process: Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and running disciplined sales processes.
Strategic Sales Execution: Deep understanding of complex B2B sales and ability to coach reps on multi-threading and closing.
Communication & Influence: Inspires, coaches, and communicates clearly to both teams and executives.
Adaptability: Thrives in fast-changing environments; creative problem solver who builds scalable playbooks.
