- Support hiring across our G&A and non-technical functions, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales, adjusting your approach to meet different team dynamics.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs and priorities across departments.
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing in a fast paced and competitive talent market.
- Source high-quality, diverse talent through creative outreach, networking, and tools like HireEZ, and open-source communities.
- Manage and optimize recruiting workflows using our ATS (Ashby) to ensure a smooth, data-informed hiring process.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience that reflects Temporal’s values.
- Proactively identify and remove process bottlenecks, ensuring velocity without compromising quality.

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to finance, operations, marketing, and sales roles.
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth startup or infrastructure /dev-tool company
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and engage technical talent communities.
- Strong working knowledge of ATS (Ashby strongly preferred) and Sourcing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interfacing with senior leadership.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple searches without dropping the ball.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse, values-aligned teams.
- A strong sense of urgency balanced with thoughtfulness and care in decision-making.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with open-source communities or experience supporting developer-centric products, but curiosity and willingness to learn go a long way

Temporal
View Company ProfileTemporal is an open-source, 'durable execution' platform that fundamentally changes how developers write backend code and distributed systems. Built by the engineers who originally designed massive infrastructure projects for AWS and Uber, Temporal solves a nightmare problem: what happens when a complex, multi-step process (like moving money between banks, provisioning cloud servers, or training an AI model) suddenly fails halfway through? Instead of developers having to write thousands of lines of manual retry logic and database checkpoints, Temporal automatically tracks the exact state of the code. If a server crashes, Temporal just picks up the workflow exactly where it left off, ensuring absolutely no data or progress is ever lost.
