About Infiterra
Join our mission to grow and transform the subscription economy by simplifying subscription service delivery.
Infiterra enables IT distributors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and telcos to succeed in the subscription economy. Our subscription commerce platform automates and unifies subscription workflows - from quote to bill- driving operational efficiency, billing accuracy, and scalable growth.
Recognized as a global leader in subscription commerce, Infiterra combines innovation, performance excellence, and trusted expertise to help partners transform and grow.
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team and take end-to-end ownership of a key product domain.
You will own the “what and why” for your domain: framing the customer and operator problems, shaping priorities against business outcomes, and ensuring that what reaches engineering is well-defined, validated, and ready to deliver. You will work side-by-side with Business Analysts, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, and Sales — and report into the Product organisation.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Infiterra’s platform is technically complex and business-critical for its customers. As a Product Owner, you ensure that what we build is the right thing — not just well-shipped, but well-chosen. Your decisions about what to prioritize, how to frame the problem, and where to cut the MVP directly shape product quality, delivery speed, and the outcomes our partners can deliver to their own customers.
WHO ARE YOU?
You're a problem-first thinker who instinctively redirects "let's build X" to "what problem are we solving and for whom?" — and you've killed features to prove it.
You operate at the intersection of business and engineering. You don't need to write code, but you can hold your own on APIs, data flows, and platform constraints — and you know when to defer to the people who do.
You write clearly, decide independently, and don't wait for a manager to define what good looks like. When sales over-commits and engineering under-scopes, you hold the line on both — with data and reasoning, not seniority.
You've worked in complex, messy domains before, and you didn't wait for perfect requirements to move. You earn trust across functions without formal authority, because people follow your prioritisation calls on the strength of your thinking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the problem framing, prioritization, and outcomes for one product domain — measured by adoption, retention, margin, and time-to-onboard.
- Ensure nothing enters a sprint without a validated problem statement, a defined success criterion, and acceptance criteria and shape an MVP that ships
- Work with Architecture and Engineering to confirm that new capabilities respect platform constraints, multi-tenancy boundaries, and integration dependencies; so technical debt isn't the price of speed.
- Translate leadership decisions and quarterly priorities into a ranked, sized, sequenced backlog your team can execute without ambiguity.
- Hold the Definition of Ready — decide what enters a sprint, in what sequence, and at what MVP cut line
- Maintain a continuous customer feedback loop, converting recurring signals into prioritized backlog
- Convert ambiguous requirements into testable user stories and acceptance criteria before they reach engineering, eliminating rework from unclear scope.
- Act as the single point of translation between stakeholders and the team, preventing conflicting direction from reaching engineering
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager in B2B SaaS or software product environments
- Track record of taking features end-to-end: from problem statement to sprint-ready epic, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong product judgement — you instinctively redirect a “let’s build X” conversation to “what problem are we solving and for whom?”
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams in agile, sprint-based frameworks, and able to discuss APIs, integrations, and data flows at a meaningful level
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to produce clear epics, decisions, and stakeholder updates without supervision
- Confident challenging both business and technical stakeholders when needed, and able to defend a position with data and reasoning
BONUS POINTS
- Experience working within B2B SaaS, platform, or indirect-channel businesses — particularly where the product involves complex billing models, multi-tenant architecture, or partner/reseller ecosystems — is a strong advantage.
- Comfort using AI tooling for discovery, competitor research, and requirements work as part of daily work
Benefits
- Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work)
- Flexible working hours
- Health and life insurance program
- Learning & development budget
- A passionate, international, and supportive team

Infiterra
View Company ProfileInfiterra (operating under infiterra.com, legally Infiterra S.A., formerly the interworks.cloud platform) is the premier, enterprise-grade subscription commerce platform, cloud provisioning pioneer, and digital marketplace orchestration powerhouse engineered to act as the definitive, high-velocity quote-to-bill, multi-cloud management, and automated subscription layer for IT Distributors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and telecommunications giants globally. Spun out in 2025 as an independent software entity from its regional value-added cloud distribution parent company, Interworks S.A., the platform completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern recurring revenue models—where scaling channel ecosystems lose immense billing momentum, encounter crippling invoice fragmentation across disparate vendor systems, and drop margin control due to rigid legacy ERP setups and manual subscription workflows—by deploying a highly adaptable, unified cloud marketplace matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive cloud billing add-ons or isolated SaaS portals, Infiterra natively unifies automated white-label marketplace portals, instant product catalog configurations, flexible usage-based pricing engines, built-in credit risk telemetry, and deep pre-built cloud vendor system provisioning into a single high-availability subscription workspace. Empowering over 80,000 active platform users across 75 international markets, managing more than 400 published corporate marketplaces, and processing over 1 million recurring invoices annually, the infrastructure cuts baseline platform costs by up to 70% while slashing manual operational overhead. Recognized as an industry leader in both IDC Vendor Reference Guides and the Canalys Channel Ecosystem Landscapes, the organization anchors a robust, global-first distributed technical footprint. Under the hood, its technology core utilizes an API-first multi-tenant architecture, real-time cloud data warehouse integrations, and secure role-based access layers built to enable seamless third-party PSA connections and accelerate complex vendor onboardings without losing execution velocity. What sets Infiterra apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing fragmented, error-prone billing tasks with absolute quote-to-cash predictability, dynamic automated service delivery, and ecosystem channel growth; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive low-level cloud infrastructure provisioning and immediate, front-end partner self-service capability, the company remains a definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic subscription commerce and global cloud monetization transformation.
