The Role
We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help define how Mindgard shows up in the market and make our sales team more effective. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role focused on building the narratives and materials that drive revenue.
Your job is to take a technically deep AI security platform and turn it into clear, credible, and differentiated narratives that help us win enterprise deals. A large part of the role will be creating and improving sales decks, executive presentations, technical explainers, competitive materials, and field collateral that support revenue opportunities.
At the same time, this role will play a central part in a strategic brand vision and messaging project. Working with Marketing leadership, company stakeholders, and an external agency, you will help define Mindgard’s brand principles, strategic narrative, messaging architecture, tone of voice, creative and proof points. You will then help apply those outputs across the product and sales and marketing collateral.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and continuously refine how Mindgard is positioned in enterprise sales conversations, grounded in real-world AI threats, attacker behavior, and system-level risk.
- Create high-impact sales materials including first-call decks, executive briefings, deep-dive presentations, POV materials, demo support content, and later-stage deal collateral.
- Partner closely with Sales to understand where deals stall, what objections come up, what competitors appear, and what content is needed to move opportunities forward.
- Equip sales hires and channel partners with clear, consistent materials that help them ramp quickly and represent Mindgard effectively.
- Develop competitive battlecards and objection-handling materials that explain where Mindgard wins, how we differ, and how to position against guardrails, model evaluation tools, traditional AppSec products, and emerging AI security vendors.
- Support a cross-company brand vision and principles project in partnership with executive stakeholders and an external agency, bringing market insight, competitor positioning, and field realities into the process.
- Help define Mindgard’s strategic narrative, messaging architecture, brand principles, tone of voice, value propositions, proof points, and collateral hierarchy.
- Translate the outputs of the brand project into practical assets used across the product, sales decks, web pages, campaigns, event materials, partner content, webinars, whitepapers, and customer-facing collateral.
- Work within the brand and content guidelines that you develop to ensure Mindgard’s messaging is consistent, differentiated, technically credible, and appropriate for enterprise security buyers.
- Turn platform capabilities, research findings, vulnerability disclosures, and attack techniques into clear buyer-facing narratives.
- Create technical content such as whitepapers, solution briefs, webinars, reports, and explainers that build credibility and support later-stage enterprise conversations.
- Capture structured feedback from sales calls, customer conversations, competitive evaluations, and objections.
- Bring customer and market insight into product roadmap discussions, especially around buyer needs, risk language, technical gaps, and enterprise evaluation criteria.

Mindgard
View Company ProfileMindgard (operating under mindgard.ai) is an enterprise cybersecurity platform purpose-built for automated AI red teaming, discovery, threat assessment, and real-time runtime defense. Spun out in 2022 following more than a decade of specialized AI security and behavioral research led by Dr. Peter Garraghan at Lancaster University, the firm addresses a fundamental shift in the modern corporate attack surface—specifically that traditional application security (AppSec) frameworks are functionally blind to AI-native risks. Rather than treating security as an isolated model-scanning task, Mindgard assesses AI deployments as interconnected systems composed of models, prompts, custom instructions, operational agents, external data connectors, and application APIs. Its core technology engine functions as an autonomous, continuous red teamer that deploys proprietary, attacker-style reconnaissance to map vulnerabilities across both open-source LLMs and managed AI infrastructure. The platform profiles AI agent behaviors using advanced psychometric profiling and guardrail-busting mechanics to detect critical enterprise vulnerabilities—such as adversarial prompt injection, data poisoning, exfiltration loops, and unauthorized tool execution. The company's dedicated threat intelligence and offensive security lab has publicly identified and responsibly disclosed over 100 severe AI system vulnerabilities across dominant major-tech platforms including OpenAI's ChatGPT and xAI's Grok. Backed by approximately $11.9 million in venture capital from prominent tier-1 institutional cybersecurity investors such as IQ Capital, Lakestar, and .406 Ventures, Mindgard integrates cleanly into existing developer CI/CD pipelines and enterprise SecOps workflows to safeguard mission-critical AI operations. Headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with a commercial presence in Boston, Massachusetts, Mindgard is guided by enterprise tech veteran James Brear as Chief Executive Officer.
