The Role
Own AI products like Ask Teamworks (AI-copilot) and our ecosystem of workflow-embedded AI native agents end to end, unifying the UX across our all-encompassing product suite, taking it from beta to a mature, ecosystem-wide surface
Own the platform and foundational AI work — the shared infrastructure and standards other product teams build their own AI-native features on top of
Push AI roadmap beyond the co-pilot experience into deep, agentic workflows that surface recommendations and take action across the ecosystem
Define the standards for how Teamworks ships AI product, from evaluation methodology to grounding and citation behavior, and help other PMs adopt them
Own the metrics that prove it's working, including query success rate, time-to-answer, daily active usage, and NPS, and turn what you learn into the next quarter's roadmap
What I'm Looking For
What You Must Bring
A track record of shipping AI-native features to customers, with an AI agent genuinely embedded in the customer's workflow
7+ years of product management in B2B SaaS, vertical AI, or a comparable industry, owning a high-impact product end to end
Demonstrated ability to drive large, cross-product initiatives where you have no direct authority over the contributing teams, moving work forward through clarity and credibility
Strong product judgment under ambiguity, with the ability to prioritize what to ship in a fast-changing AI landscape
Based in North America and authorized to work in the US
Even Better If
You have subject matter expertise in football or basketball, whether from coaching, scouting, front office, analytics, or product work in those markets
You've hands-on experience building with retrieval, evaluation harnesses, and agentic patterns
You've built proprietary models alongside applied ML and data science teams
