Senior Product Manager

Brightline is redefining pediatric behavioral health care for families across the country, and we're seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape its future.

The role involves owning product direction and delivery for a defined area, starting with clinical operations, internal tools, and partner integrations. You will tackle critical business challenges, collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, Growth, and Data teams, and be accountable for outcomes in your area.

Every hour clinicians spend on clunky processes is an hour they aren’t spending with families. This role focuses on improving workflows for clinical and operations teams, enhancing system integrations with partners, and enabling teams to serve more families without added cost or effort. Over time, your scope may expand to include the member and caregiver experience, engagement, and growth.

We seek someone who can identify key problems, make practical tradeoffs, and measure solution effectiveness. While experience with AI and automation is valuable, the impact of solutions matters more than the technology used.

Responsibilities

Product Direction and Discovery

• Own product direction and delivery for clinical operations, internal tools, and partner integrations
• Engage with clinicians, care teams, members, and operations staff to understand problems before defining solutions
• Set priorities and create a clear roadmap, balancing member needs, clinical quality, business value, effort, and risk
• Evaluate build vs. buy options, vendors, and integrations, and collaborate with partners through launch and ongoing improvements

Delivery and Adoption

• Optimize workflows and tools to help teams serve more families efficiently and cost-effectively
• Leverage AI, automation, and data for practical applications, ensuring reliability, privacy, and clinical safety
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, Growth, and Data teams to deliver products and drive adoption
• Communicate decisions and risks clearly, keeping partner teams aligned

Measurement and Learning

• Define key performance metrics such as clinician capacity, cost to serve, conversion, engagement, reliability, or member experience, and own the results
• Use research, analytics, and feedback to refine strategies and adapt as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health technology
• Proven track record of owning a product area from problem definition through launch, adoption, and measurement
• Hands-on experience with internal tools, operational workflows, or partner and vendor integrations
• Strong product discovery skills and judgment for prioritizing what to build and what not to build
• Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including growth, clinician productivity, cost, and member experience
• Comfort working with data, product analytics, and experimentation; SQL experience is a plus
• Practical experience using AI or automation to improve products or workflows
• Clear communication, strong follow-through, and adaptability in a growing company with evolving priorities
