About the Role

The Senior Performance Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving pipeline growth by bridging marketing and operations to develop and execute data-driven campaigns across PPC, Social, Display, and Video Advertising Platforms. This role emphasizes uncovering new growth opportunities to enhance campaign performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities include launching and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google, YouTube, 6Sense, Bing, OpenAI, Meta and others that come available. The candidate will ensure scalability, maximize ROI, and follow best practices in campaign setup and structure with the ability to leverage AI in support of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance marketing and channel management and be eager to expand their responsibilities within the Go-To-Market organization for a more integrated approach to driving growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape our performance marketing strategy as we accelerate our growth trajectory, with meaningful autonomy over channel strategy and budget allocation within your portfolio.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Lead cross-functional partnership between Marketing and Operations to develop audience strategy, segmentation, and scalable performance marketing programs. Drive shared budget and KPI goals in the process.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various channels, including YouTube, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Display, LinkedIn, Meta and Connected TV (CTV).
  • Lead the development and execution of new channel and campaign experiments, identifying scalable opportunities to drive pipeline growth.
  • Lead budget tracking, performance goals, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business results and key performance indicator (KPI) goals.
  • Create reports and monitor key performance metrics, including spend, revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), and budgets.
  • Understand immediately what is working, what isn’t, and what might be broken, proposing new strategies and tactics to improve the ROAS.
  • Leverage customer segmentation and target market inputs to optimize media performance.
  • Work closely with creative, product marketing, and sales teams to develop high performing ads.
  • Manage portions of a budget in the range of $5M-8M per year.
  • Manage multiple agencies that support the execution of your strategies, while also having your own ability to execute in the different platforms as needed.
  • Serve as the strategic expert for our paid digital programs.

Our Vision Of You

  • Demonstrated history of delivering measurable results through performance marketing.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing/performance marketing.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to inform media optimization, performance diagnostics, and audience segmentation, with curiosity to adopt new AI-driven platforms and techniques as they emerge.
  • Proficiency with Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Bing platforms is essential; familiarity with additional channels is a plus with an expectation that you are a quick learner.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Building ABM segments and campaigns is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools and platforms.
