About Super.com: Super.com is an innovative, fast-paced technology company driven by a mission to maximize lives—helping both our global customers and our dedicated team members experience all that life has to offer. We are deeply committed to career progression, viewing employment as an opportunity to unlock ultimate personal potential. Our dedicated Accounting and Finance collective maintains the highest integrity across our General Ledger and data warehouse tables, supporting both short and long-term corporate objectives by pioneering finance transformation and system automation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-driven, and process-oriented Senior NetSuite Finance Systems Analyst to join our core Accounting team under a permanent, full-time remote layout spanning Canada and the United States. Reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will step up to claim absolute ERP administration, core financial module configuration, and data automation workflow accountability. Shifting completely away from routine manual ledger typing, low-level data entry, or generic clerical support, you will run an active finance system optimization, SQL data querying, and cross-functional integration laboratory—partnering face-to-face with Data & Analytics teams, core Finance stakeholders, and cross-functional engineers. This position requires a systems authority with 3 to 5 years of experience who structures financial reporting systems fluidly natively using Financial Analyst frameworks, evaluates large datasets cleanly inside Snowflake or SQL environments, and directs scalable NetSuite automation paths confidently to shorten the financial close cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced NetSuite ERP Governance: Administer, configure, and actively support NetSuite’s core financial modules, enhancing system capabilities to streamline reporting and accelerate corporate financial close cycles.
  • Process Automation Architecture: Translate complex accounting requirements into functional system automation workflows, collaborating with data engineering partners to develop, QA, and implement post-launch systems natively utilizing Financial Analyst tracks.
  • Data Integration and Querying: Execute advanced data analysis across massive datasets, employing SQL, Excel, and data warehousing tools (Snowflake) to construct automated journal entries and optimized reconciliation data flows.
  • Cross-Functional System Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for internal finance teams, directing system migrations, version upgrades, release testing, and troubleshooting day-to-day data reporting faults.
  • Continuous Optimization Strategy: Continuously assess legacy finance processes and controls, tracking system dependencies and maintaining a forward-looking automation roadmap alongside external system partners.
  • User Training and Documentation: Manage daily access, user training, and robust system documentation protocols to strictly support corporate financial controls and external audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of verified professional history in financial systems management, including hands-on implementation or upgrade executions of existing ERP networks.
  • Mandatory NetSuite Mastery: Advanced, proven expertise specifically administering, configuring, and supporting core NetSuite financial modules.
  • High-level proficiency querying and analyzing large data pools using SQL, Excel, Snowflake, and modern BI visualization tools (such as Looker or Redash).
  • Strong strategic problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to bridge complex technical architecture concepts effortlessly with non-technical accounting groups.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with software engineering squads to build custom data integrations and map out finance automation logic.
  • Location Context: Position operates under strict remote geographic guidelines open exclusively to qualified systems analysts residing permanently within Canada or the United States.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Possession of, or active progression toward, a certified CPA designation.
  • Prior experience or familiarity implementing and configuring adjacent finance tools (such as SAP, Ramp, Workiva, Cube, or Avalara).
  • Exposure to AI-augmented workflow automation modules to transform traditional reporting layers.

What We Offer

  • Tiered, Location-Calibrated Compensation Blueprint: A highly competitive base salary tailored to regional benchmarking (USA: $82K – $124K USD | CAN Tier 1: CA$99K – CA$123K CAD | CAN Tier 2: CA$95K – CA$118K CAD), augmented by corporate equity options.
  • Absolute remote-first flexibility, empowering you to work from anywhere across the US or Canada and establish the hours that maximize your personal productivity.
  • Comprehensive Day-One benefits package encompassing premium healthcare support, personal development funds, and dedicated wellness budgets.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO), structured company-wide recharge days, and engaging annual team offsite retreats.
  • Generous family-friendly policies including robust parental leave and flexible return-to-work transitional plans.
  • Everyday corporate perks including weekly UberEats credits and exclusive travel discounts via SuperTravel.
