Main Responsibilities
Marketing & signal optimization — Partner with Marketing and ad network representatives to improve conversion signals, assess product and ad platform changes, and investigate signal-related performance drops.
Ad network S2S integrations — Design and maintain conversion pipelines for ad networks with support from Data Engineering team. Ensure timely, deduplicated, and high-quality signal delivery.
New ad platform onboarding — Set up and launch integrations with new ad platforms, covering conversion signal delivery and reporting data feeds for Marketing.
Pixel & GTM management — Manage GTM releases across multiple web properties and implement pixels and conversion events for ad networks.
Signal quality & monitoring — Monitor Meta EMQ, pixel and CAPI diagnostics, deduplication, Google Ads conversion diagnostics, Enhanced Conversions, click ID capture, and offline conversion uploads. Build monitoring and alerts for errors, latency, coverage, and discrepancies.
UTM & Attribution — Maintain UTM parameters and campaign naming conventions and ensure correct attribution.
Reporting & analytics — Build ad-hoc and monitoring reports for conversion values, bidding performance, signal delivery, and funnel metrics. Define Signal Engineering metrics.
Marketing datasets — Build and maintain custom marketing datasets.
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital measurement, ad tech, or tracking.
Advanced SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance-aware querying, data quality checks) and experience working with large data warehouses.
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager.
Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar) — Tableau is our primary BI tool.
Proven experience partnering with performance marketing / UA stakeholders and communicating insights to non-technical audiences.
Understanding of browser-side and server-side tracking.
Hands-on knowledge of at least one ad platform, including campaign types, bidding strategies, and conversion setup.
Solid understanding of marketing metrics.
Understanding of GDPR-compliant tracking approaches.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written + spoken).
Nice to Have
Understanding of mobile attribution & tracking, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN), and experience with an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar.
Experience with incrementality and holdout testing (e.g. Meta Conversion Lift, Google Ads Conversion Lift, geo-experiments) to validate the impact of signal changes on campaign performance.
Experience with Meta Conversions API (CAPI) or Google Data Manager API.
Experience with LTV modeling and calculations, preferably for subscription-based products.
Experience with Airflow, dbt, or similar data tools.
