Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, conversion-minded, and execution-focused Growth Product Designer to join our core centralized Product Growth & Monetisation team in a full-time remote contract capacity, with operational parameters open across Ukraine, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania. Operating at the high-stakes intersection of digital consumer psychology, monetization experimentation, and precise frontend delivery, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for designing and optimizing our global user acquisition engines. Shifting completely away from traditional core product app skinning, basic layout adjustments, or minor template copy text typing, you will run an intense conversion engineering lab—transforming growth hypotheses into multi-stage landing pages, deep-dive user quizzes, complex paywalls, and friction-free checkout flows. This position requires an enterprise consumer technology or D2C subscription veteran who designs emotionally engaging web interfaces fluidly natively using UI/UX Design paradigms, constructs component libraries smoothly natively using Figma software configurations, and commands rapid split-test iterations confidently under strict monetization goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquisition Funnel Architecture Design: Own, formulate, and execute the full visual configuration of high-performing acquisition tracks, building onboarding interfaces, landing pages, and paywall layouts cleanly natively utilizing UI/UX Design strategies.
- Interactive Quiz Experience Engineering: Partner face-to-face with Product Growth Managers to map out comprehensive 30–40 question quiz narratives, interactive answer flows, and custom preference selectors built to lower user friction and maximize completion rates.
- Hypothesis-Driven Growth Experimentation: Translate analytical growth suggestions into clear, conversion-focused design layouts, setting up rapid split-test variants to continuously validate user engagement patterns.
- Figma Design System Governance: Construct and deliver clean, production-ready interface files, utilizing auto layouts, nested component variants, shared variables, and organized documentation to ensure seamless developer handoffs natively leveraging Figma structures.
- Behavioral Psychology and Motivation Optimization: Leverage advanced behavioral design guidelines and persuasion techniques to systematically mitigate user drop-offs, optimize validation checkmarks, and maximize trust across the checkout cycle.
- Data-Driven Iterative Refinement: Analyze real-world quantitative funnel diagnostics and split-test performance indicators, extracting user insights from analytics channels to continuously optimize checkout completion and total revenue generation.
- Horizontal Growth Standard Development: Lead and contribute directly to the ongoing evolution of our growth design standards, documenting scalable visual UI frameworks to compound team execution speed.
- Cross-Functional Value Alignment: Collaborate in lockstep with distributed conversion managers, frontend developers, and data analysts to balance creative ambition with layout feasibility and development effort.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of verified professional history running advanced conversion-focused product design, consumer web funnel optimization, D2C landing page design, mobile application onboarding engineering, or growth hacking consultancy.
- Mandatory Acquisition Segment Sourcing Background: Documented career history successfully building, launching, and refining web or mobile checkout flows, paywall conversion templates, multi-step registration forms, or subscription-based registration systems.
- Expert-tier capability mapping consumer behaviors, reducing layout clutter, and optimizing user action velocities natively utilizing UI/UX Design principles.
- Practical operational familiarity configuring auto layouts, managing structural design tokens, and organizing reusable component grids natively using master-level Figma processes.
- Profound commercial awareness, showing direct operational clarity regarding how minor frontend design variations affect down-stream business metrics including conversion rate, ARPU, CAC, revenue, and LTV.
- Outstanding written and spoken verbal communication traits in fluent English, enabling total clarity when presenting design logic or reviewing quantitative test data across international squads.
- Contractual Structural Sourcing: Position is structured explicitly as an independent B2B contract engagement.
- Geographic Location Availability: Position open exclusively to qualified growth product designers based permanently and resident within the borders of Ukraine, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, or Romania to operate under a 100% remote framework.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior commercial creative background operating brand-side or studio-side for a high-volume mobile application publisher, specialized e-commerce direct-to-consumer brand, or gamified user onboarding SaaS portal.
- Direct hands-on experience utilizing specialized funnel diagnostic, usability testing, or feature flag environments (such as Maze, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, or Google Analytics).
- Familiarity incorporating interface animation loops, micro-interactions, or functional motion graphics to amplify user value propositions.
