DAKboard is a fast-growing smart display platform transforming any screen into a personalized dashboard, used by tens of thousands of households, offices, and small businesses across the US. It syncs calendars, displays family photos, weather, to-dos, news, and traffic in one elegant view.

Profile Overview

DAKboard is seeking a senior marketer to own its marketing end-to-end: planning, building, running, and measuring it. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who wants to build a marketing engine from the ground up, backed by part-time contractors, saas.group’s central marketing team, and a growing set of AI agents. You’ll partner closely with DAKboard’s CEO, with real ownership over strategy and execution across channels like email, landing pages and CRO, performance marketing, social media, retargeting, partnerships, and SEO content.

This role currently has no direct reports. Instead, you’ll work through part-time contractors, saas.group’s central marketing specialists, and AI agents, and handle a significant portion of the hands-on work yourself.

Your Immediate Impact in the First 3-6 Months

  • Assess DAKboard’s current marketing channels and identify where to make the biggest impact first, with room to build and automate as you go.
  • Take full ownership of at least one channel end-to-end, building it out properly and automating what can be automated before moving on.
  • Start managing DAKboard’s part-time contractors (covering landing pages/content/design, social/email/distribution, and paid ads) and leverage AI agents for research, content, and analysis.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own DAKboard’s marketing strategy end-to-end: plan, build, run, and measure it, channel by channel.
  • Build out and automate channels including email, landing pages and conversion rate optimization (CRO), performance marketing (Google Ads, Amazon Ads), social media, retargeting, partnerships/affiliates, and SEO content.
  • Manage and quality-check the work of part-time contractors across these channels.
  • Set up, manage, and scale a growing set of AI agents and tools for research, content, analysis, and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with DAKboard’s CEO on priorities, budget, and testing new channels.
  • Write and speak in a way that genuinely resonates with DAKboard’s core audience: busy US families and parents.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Think in systems, not just channels, and analyze DAKboard’s marketing holistically to determine focus areas.
  • Excellent at delegation: scope projects clearly, hand them off to contractors, agencies, or AI agents, and evaluate quality.
  • Organized and self-driven, comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Already use AI tools daily for research, content, and analysis—provide real examples. The interview process includes a practical exercise with AI tools.
  • Have marketed a B2C SaaS or subscription product before, ideally with ownership across multiple channels. Experience with hardware or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Fast learner: saas.group’s central marketing team has hands-on experience across channels and AI automation, so you don’t need to master everything yourself.
  • Native-level American English with a natural understanding of how US consumers think and communicate.

Nice to have: experience with email marketing at scale, CRO/landing page optimization, performance marketing (Google Ads, retargeting), partner/reseller/affiliate program management, or smart-home, consumer electronics, or family-tech products.

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: 100% remote work.
  • Freedom and autonomy: high-trust team with flexibility to solve problems creatively, backed by team support.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: efficient, low-meeting culture to maintain steady momentum.
  • Small and friendly team: collaborative, fun, and supportive environment.
  • Network: community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals sharing ideas, knowledge, and expertise.
  • Flexible time off: recharge when needed.

DAKboard is part of saas.group, united by a shared goal of collective success.
