SimSpace is seeking a Technical Ecosystem Manager to build and scale our third-party security technology ecosystem and SimSpace’s industry AI Proving Grounds Consortium. This role is critical to enabling realistic, high-fidelity customer use-cases, as well as managing partnerships with technology providers that offer joint-value propositions to the market and for prospective participants in AIPGC.
The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of security technology, product management, and strategic partnerships. You will work directly with security vendors to educate them on how their products are used inside SimSpace for customer use-cases—while planting the foundation for deeper partnerships, co-development, and future sell-to or sell-with relationships as part of our ecosystem.
This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with SimSpace Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
What will you focus on as a Senior Manager, Technical Alliances & Ecosystem?
SimSpace Technical Ecosystem and AI-Proving Grounds Consortium
- Develop SimSpace’s cyber range ecosystem for SimSpace’s customer use-case marketplace, and potential GTM joint offerings. The primary focus will be on relationships that accelerate the testing and adoption of agentic capabilities in offensive and defensive cyber operations.
- Partner with SimSpace’s Head of Partnerships and Alliance, CTO, Product and Sales Engineering on category prioritization and bi-directional technical and business value theses.
- Manage joint tech-validation process and areas for alignment.
- Develop and scale joint GTM and revenue-generating strategies with ecosystem partners.
- Act as primary point-of-contact and program management for participating entities in SimSpace’s sponsored industry AI-Proving-Grounds Consortium, collaboratively partnering with cutting-edge agentic AI cyber vendors and consulting firms who aim to advance the safe, trusted, and effective adoption of AI agents in cybersecurity operations.
- Thought-Leadership Virtual and In-Person Events for C-Suite execs and cybersecurity leaders.
- Collaborate with SimSpace Marketing on execution for the AIPGC events.
- Collateral development with Consortium partners.
- Maintain monthly cadence with each participating partner.
Security Ecosystem Licensing, Enablement & Vendor Education
- Through direct and indirect acquisition channels, structure and negotiate production multi-tenant licenses that allow SimSpace to deploy partner technologies inside the cyber range, primarily dedicated to customer use-cases. Typical categories include:
- EDR/XDR
- SIEM, SOAR, and security data platforms
- Identity and access management
- Cloud, network, application, and data security
- Attack simulation and pen-testing
- Educate technology partners on how their products are used in simulated environments, how telemetry, APIs, and workflows are leveraged for customer scenarios, and how SimSpace supports technology partners’ expansion and retention objectives by selling to and partnering with us.
- Act as the primary sourcing point of contact for onboarding, documentation alignment, and technical coordination with SimSpace Range Operations and Customer Support teams.
- Architect the SimSpace internal workflows and SLAs for how customers and prospects request inclusion, budget, and purchase third-party technology through engage.

- Multiple partners progress from simple licensing relationships into strategic, revenue-impacting partnerships.
To be successful as a Senior Manager, Technical Alliances & Ecosystem at SimSpace, you need:
- 6–8 years of experience in technical partnerships, alliances, product management, or business development within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- A strong understanding of modern security architectures, SOC workflows, and security data pipelines, and how AI is transforming such.
- Experience working with security vendors, MDRs, or hyperscaler security ecosystems.
- Comfort engaging with product managers, engineers, and security architects on technical topics.
- Proven ability to project manage revenue-focused technical ecosystem partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into partner value.
- Ability to travel: ~20–30% (partner meetings, industry events, customer sessions).
Nice to have:
- Background in SOC, threat detection, incident response, security vendor business development, and partnerships.
- Experience supporting agentic security, AI-driven tooling, or automation platforms.
- Familiarity with sell-with / ecosystem-driven go-to-market models.
