Parsley Health is rebuilding primary care around root-cause, whole-person medicine. Their members receive board-certified clinicians, health coaches, advanced testing, and a care platform that connects all aspects of care delivery.

As a mostly virtual medical practice with nationwide care access, Parsley Health is expanding and improving how they integrate growth, care delivery, member experience, and financial performance to make informed, scalable decisions.

About the Role

Parsley Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics to optimize their entire revenue engine. Unlike traditional sales funnels, their revenue model spans marketing, sales, member engagement, clinician capacity, and billing/collections.

This role involves analyzing data, reconciling discrepancies across teams, improving forecasts, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, technically capable individual contributor with strong SQL skills and an understanding of modern data infrastructure. While deep backend work will be supported by the Technology team, this role requires independent problem-solving and collaboration with leaders across departments.

The position is remote by default, with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Those in the New York City area may collaborate in-person with executives and leaders at their Manhattan headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the view of our revenue engine: Connect performance across marketing, sales, member engagement, clinician capacity, visits, billing, collections, and financial results to identify growth, slowdowns, or revenue leaks.
  • Turn analysis into action: Investigate business questions, identify root causes, recommend changes (reporting, processes, forecasts, or decisions), and follow through with relevant teams.
  • Reconcile conflicting stories: Resolve discrepancies between Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Member Experience (MX), or Finance by digging into data and fostering shared understanding.
  • Improve forecasting and planning: Collaborate with Finance and functional leaders to refine forecasts for revenue, membership, conversion, clinician capacity, visit volume, retention, and collections. Challenge assumptions backed by operational data.
  • Own BI and key business metrics: Maintain and enhance dashboards, recurring reporting, and metric definitions. Update reporting processes to reduce confusion and improve decision-making.
  • Improve growth analytics: Partner with the SVP of Marketing and Growth Product Manager to link acquisition, lead quality, sales conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and downstream revenue.
  • Connect care delivery and revenue cycle management (RCM) to revenue: Analyze how clinician capacity, utilization, visits, payer performance, billing, denials, collections, and other RCM factors interact with the broader business, including data from RCM and clinical systems.
  • Handle practical RevOps and BizOps needs: Oversee or triage recurring analytical and operational tasks such as commissions, KPI reporting, ad hoc business analysis, and cross-functional questions requiring clear ownership.
  • Work directly with the data: Use SQL and BI tools to investigate questions, validate assumptions, identify data quality issues, and resolve discrepancies before they impact business decisions.

Success Metrics (First Year)

  • Leadership gains a clearer, more trusted view of revenue performance and its operational drivers.
  • Material risks and opportunities are identified earlier, with clear recommendations for action.
  • Teams spend less time reconciling conflicting numbers and more time acting on shared metrics.
  • Revenue forecasts better reflect actual performance across acquisition, conversion, capacity, retention, billing, and collections.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, business operations, revenue strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience owning cross-functional business problems beyond just producing analysis or reporting.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, or operational workflows.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently investigate complex datasets.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, operational metrics, or business performance analytics.
  • Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and drive decisions or resolutions.
  • Experience defining business metrics and creating consistent sources of truth across teams.
  • Comfort working with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Mode.
  • Understanding of data pipelines and modern analytics infrastructure to investigate quality issues and collaborate with technical partners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge assumptions with senior leaders.
  • Strong judgment and curiosity, including recognizing when the initial question doesn’t align with the business’s actual needs.
  • Comfort operating independently in a small, fast-moving company.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed technology company.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, healthcare services, or another regulated environment.
  • Experience with revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or EMR data.
  • Experience with subscription, consumer, marketplace, or recurring revenue business models.
  • Experience using Python or another analytical scripting language.

Analytics Environment

Parsley Health’s current environment includes tools such as Metabase, Fivetran, SQL, Python, GCP, Airflow, and Dataform/dbt, along with BigQuery. Their focus is on your ability to understand modern data systems, investigate issues, and learn their environment rather than familiarity with every specific tool.
