At Builder Prime, we're revolutionizing the home improvement industry by providing contractors with time and freedom through our all-in-one business management solution. Our platform integrates CRM, estimating, production management, payments, and reporting, replacing disjointed tools with a unified data and automation foundation. We empower businesses to operate more efficiently, win more jobs, and achieve growth goals.

We seek collaborative and community-oriented team members who bring initiative and curiosity to solving problems for our customers. Builder Prime is backed by Blueprint Equity and is an AI-forward company, expecting every employee to use AI on real-world problems, not just hypotheticals or demos. We invest in tools, training, and time for experimentation and knowledge-sharing.

The Role

This is a remote position open to candidates authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship, currently residing in the US. There is a preference for candidates in states where we already have employees: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. Builder Prime has an office in the greater Denver metro area (Westminster).

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Growth Marketing to manage and grow Builder Prime's demand engine. This hands-on role blends planning and execution, with a focus on diversifying demand generation, optimizing the lead-to-sale path, and shifting the lead mix upmarket toward ideal customers. The role reports to the SVP of Marketing.

The Day-to-Day

Demand Engine and Pipeline: Manage the demand generation plan and contribute to the sourced-pipeline number. Recommend channel mix and budget allocation, and run the day-to-day operations measured on pipeline, cost per lead, cost per MQL, channels launched and optimized, and campaign throughput.

Paid Channels and Optimization: Diversify demand beyond paid search into new channels including LinkedIn, paid social, TikTok, retargeting, bumper video, and intent and review platforms such as Gartner and G2. Optimize relentlessly for efficiency and pipeline contribution. Work closely with our paid media agency partner, briefing campaigns and managing performance.

Lead-to-Sale Orchestration: Own and improve the flow from lead to sale, ensuring no qualified lead falls through the cracks. Partner closely with SDR and sales teams on follow-up cadence and service-level agreements. Serve as the connective tissue between demand generation, operations, and sales.

ABX and ICP Targeting: Support and grow an account-based (ABX) motion against our target-account list, shifting the lead mix upmarket toward ideal-customer-profile accounts. Contribute to targeting logic and account selection.

AI in the Demand Engine: Utilize AI to solve demand generation problems. Within 90 days, implement AI-assisted workflows such as scoring target accounts, enriching list data, mining sales calls for purchase triggers, and reporting that answers questions dashboards cannot.

The Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • A track record of owning a pipeline or MQL/SAL/SQL number and hitting it, with a goal- and KPI-driven mindset.

  • Hands-on experience planning and managing paid media channels (paid search, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, video, and intent platforms such as Gartner and G2) and directing agencies or vendors against a budget.

  • Experience with account-based marketing or ABX, including defining target accounts and coordinating with sales.

  • Strong command of marketing funnel and pipeline metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates, cost per lead, and cost per MQL), and comfort using attribution to prove sourced pipeline.

  • Ability to build and interpret dashboards and reporting for demand and growth channels, and knowledge of reporting best practices.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, and understanding of how leads route, score, and flow to sales.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, and sales.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize a dynamic workload, and handle multiple deadlines.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with strategic thinking and tactical execution.

  • Adept at using Google Suite, Slack, and CRM software.

  • Self-starter with ownership, attention to detail, and ability to complete projects independently.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel for company events, trade shows, and team offsites.

  • Experience building and running at least one AI workflow connected to a real system, such as a research agent wired to a CRM or a reporting pipeline.

  • Ability to name a specific time AI made an error in your work and what you changed as a result.

  • Daily use of AI in work tools and ability to describe changes in work processes over the last six months.

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge or experience in SaaS and the home improvement industry.

  • Experience generating demand into mid-market and enterprise segments, or moving a lead mix upmarket.

  • Hands-on experience with ABX or ABM platforms.

  • A working understanding of outbound and data-enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay, and Instantly.

  • Test-and-learn mindset, with experience running structured experiments to improve funnel conversion and channel efficiency.

  • Strong understanding of business management CRM software and its application in improving business processes.

  • AI work that goes beyond chat, such as agents or automations connected to a CRM or data source, or AI-assisted builds for customers or prospects.

  • Early-stage startup (series A/B) experience.
