Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable backend services and modern web interfaces for a cloud-based enterprise platform. You will work on systems that require strong reliability, asynchronous processing, enterprise-grade security, cloud-native architecture, and seamless user experiences that support complex business workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build backend services and frontend applications that support complex business workflows and integrations
• Build resilient systems capable of handling failures through asynchronous processing, retries, and fault-tolerant patterns
• Translate product and design requirements into reusable, scalable components across the full stack
• Ensure services meet enterprise-grade standards for performance, reliability, security, and observability
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor developers to raise engineering standards
• Design and develop backend services using Python
• Build and maintain REST APIs exposed through API Gateway
• Implement asynchronous workflows, background processing, and event-driven patterns
• Develop durable workflows and long-running processes using Temporal
• Work with PostgreSQL for data persistence and querying
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities through AWS Bedrock
• Implement monitoring and observability using OpenTelemetry, Fluent Bit, and Grafana
• Develop containerized services using Docker
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams using Terraform and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Develop React applications with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Build reusable UI components and maintain consistent design patterns
• Contribute to the design system and component library
• Document components using Storybook for consistency and reusability
• Write frontend tests: unit, component, and end-to-end
• Ensure accessibility standards (a11y) and usability best practices
• Optimize frontend performance and maintainability

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems design
• Experience with resilience patterns: retries, idempotency, failure recovery
• Experience with OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC — authentication and authorization
• Ability to troubleshoot and support production systems
• Advanced English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AWS Bedrock and AI/ML integration in production
• Familiarity with Fluent Bit for log aggregation
• Knowledge of enterprise SSO and identity provider integrations
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Exposure to platform engineering practices
