Euronet Worldwide, a global financial technology company specializing in payment processing, prepaid products, money transfer, and digital payment solutions, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive the growth of Skylight, epay’s financial crime compliance platform, across the U.S. market.

This role is ideal for a passionate product evangelist and hunter who can open doors, create demand, and build trusted relationships with banks, fintechs, and regulated financial institutions. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from identifying and developing new opportunities to delivering compelling product presentations, navigating complex stakeholder groups, and closing strategic business deals.

The right candidate will combine 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, particularly within financial services, fintech, RegTech, or compliance technology, with a genuine enthusiasm for AML, fraud prevention, and compliance technology. You must understand how to translate Skylight’s capabilities into clear business value for compliance, risk, and executive decision-makers.

You will collaborate closely with product, technology, compliance, and leadership teams while serving as a visible champion for Skylight in client meetings, industry events, and the broader financial-services marketplace. This opportunity is perfect for a driven seller who enjoys building a market—not just managing an existing book of business—and aims to make a measurable impact on the growth of a global financial technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a U.S. sales strategy that builds market awareness, generates pipeline, and drives new revenue for Skylight.
  • Prospect into banks, fintechs, payment companies, and other regulated financial institutions.
  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract close.
  • Build relationships with senior leaders across compliance, risk, fraud, operations, technology, and executive management.
  • Serve as a product evangelist by clearly communicating Skylight’s value, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s financial crime and regulatory challenges.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and evolving customer needs.
  • Partner with product, technology, compliance, legal, and operational teams to develop solutions and successfully onboard new clients.
  • Represent Skylight at conferences, industry events, and other business-development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Support existing client relationships and identify opportunities for continued growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience, preferably within financial services, fintech, RegTech, or compliance technology.
  • Demonstrated success in generating net-new business and building a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple technical, regulatory, and executive stakeholders.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas and sales goals.
  • Knowledge of financial crime compliance, including AML, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, or regulatory reporting.
  • Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions to banks, fintechs, payment companies, or other regulated organizations.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative-selling skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear operational, regulatory, and financial value for clients.
  • Confidence engaging with compliance officers, risk leaders, technology teams, and senior executives.
  • Strong business judgment, personal initiative, and the ability to succeed in a market-building sales role.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across product, technology, compliance, legal, and operational teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.

Preferred Requirements

  • Existing relationships within banks, fintechs, payment companies, or the financial crime compliance community.
  • Experience selling AML, fraud, transaction-monitoring, case-management, or other financial crime technology.
  • Familiarity with BSA and AML requirements, FinCEN regulations, SAR and CTR reporting, or related compliance workflows.
  • Experience introducing a newer technology platform into a competitive or developing market.
  • Participation in industry organizations or events such as ACAMS or other banking, payments, and compliance associations.

Benefits

  • 401(k) Plan with 6% Match
  • Health/Dental/Vision Insurance
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Company-paid Life Insurance
  • Company-paid Disability Insurance
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Volunteer Days
  • Paid Holidays
  • Casual Office Attire
  • Plus many more employee perks and incentives!
