CoreCard is seeking a Director of U.S. Channels & Partnerships to build the relationships that give us earlier access to banks, credit unions, and fintechs modernizing their credit-card programs.

CoreCard provides an enterprise platform supporting sophisticated revolving, commercial, co-brand, embedded, and specialized credit products. Backed by Euronet Worldwide, we combine modern credit technology with the financial strength, implementation capabilities, and global payments expertise required for complex transformation.

This is a commercial, market-building role—not traditional partnership management. You will develop a focused ecosystem of consultants, systems integrators, payment networks, technology providers, and industry advisors who can introduce CoreCard to the right executives before formal buying processes and RFPs begin. You will then work with our sales team to turn those introductions into qualified pipeline and revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute CoreCard’s U.S. channel and strategic-partnership strategy.
  • Build approximately 10–15 productive partnerships that create measurable market access.
  • Develop relationships with banking consultants, systems integrators, payment networks, technology providers, sponsor banks, and industry advisors.
  • Secure qualified introductions to executives responsible for credit, payments, technology, lending, and transformation.
  • Create referral, co-selling, solution-alliance, and strategic-advisory arrangements.
  • Enable partners to recognize where CoreCard can solve a client’s credit-platform challenges.
  • Connect partner relationships to CoreCard’s priority accounts and market segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solution Consulting to convert introductions into qualified opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, rules of engagement, and commercially appropriate incentive structures.
  • Measure partnerships by executive access, qualified pipeline, and contracted revenue—not the number of agreements signed.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of experience in payments, card processing, banking technology, lending technology, fintech, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated success building channels, alliances, or strategic partnerships within the U.S. financial-services market.
  • A record of turning trusted relationships into qualified opportunities and revenue.
  • Established credibility with banking, credit-union, fintech, payments, or lending executives.
  • Experience structuring referral, co-selling, or strategic-alliance agreements.
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise technology buying decisions.
  • Commercial judgment, executive presence, and disciplined opportunity qualification.
  • Ability to influence across multiple organizations without formal authority.
  • Travel approximately 30%-40%.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Direct experience with card issuing, issuer processing, revolving credit, platform migrations, or portfolio conversions is strongly preferred.
