Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Distribution & Logistics Manager to lead all logistics operations across our third-party logistics (3PL) network. This individual will manage all inbound and outbound shipping, optimize warehouse performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. The Senior Logistics Manager will directly manage our current Logistics team, and will work closely with our Sales Administration team, Order Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound shipments from suppliers to our 3PL warehouses and outbound shipping to customers
- Oversee 3PL relationships including performance reviews, SLAs, and cost management
- Lead warehouse/DC operations including QA, pick/pack/ship, and inventory accuracy
- Implement and manage logistics KPIs, SOX compliance, ISO standards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Execute customer routing guides and support logistics for trade shows and display unit fabrication
- Manage transportation logistics, including freight carrier selection, import/export compliance, and hazmat handling
- Own cost and lead time optimization, freight payment, and risk mitigation
- Support rework, reconfiguration, SKU conversions, and rebalancing efforts for inventory optimization
- Oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) Logistics, RMA, EOL, and scrap processes
- Facilitate product sorting, firmware reflashing, CTO (config-to-order), soft bundling, and overpacking as needed
Requirements:
- 8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience with 3–5 years of leadership experience
- Strong experience managing 3PL operations and relationships
- Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry highly preferred
- Strong understanding of transportation logistics, import/export regulations, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in NetSuite is highly desired
- Import/export certification or broker license is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
