Senior Delivery Manager - Customer Success

What You’ll Do

• Champion Agile and Lean practices, coach teams, and visualize organizational work.
• Effectively communicate across technical and non-technical boundaries, building trust and authenticity.
• Optimize team flow, address issues, and build agile capabilities within the team.
• Lead continual planning processes, extending beyond product delivery to post-launch support and benefits realization.
• Identify and rectify issues in team dynamics, engage in effective feedback, and connect day-to-day work with the product vision.
• Understand and contribute to different phases of product delivery, working with Customer Success and Product Lead for continuous improvement.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.

• A strong understanding of technology and its applications, especially in AI/Data Science products.

• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

• Multilingual skills: Ability to write and speak multiple languages.
• Remote working experience: Successful remote working experiences.
• Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP).
• Industry experience: Distributed teams, AI/Data Science products.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry.
