About the Role

The Content team at Onebrief creates the scenarios, units, and entities that form the foundation of Atom Engine exercises. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on product leadership for Content. The ideal candidate will translate user needs and company priorities into a clear strategy, roadmap, and requirements, ensuring content specialists have the direction needed to execute effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing the quality and usefulness of content and the processes for creating, maintaining, and improving it.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Content vision and roadmap. Define how Atom Engine (AE) content should evolve to meet user needs and align with Onebrief’s broader product direction.

• Turn needs into clear priorities. Collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify content gaps, define requirements, and determine what the team should build next—and the rationale behind it.

• Own the Content process. Partner with the team to enhance workflows for content requests, scoping, creation, validation, maintenance, and reuse. Identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvements to workflows and supporting tools.

• Define successful outputs. Establish clear expectations for the accuracy, consistency, usability, and fitness for purpose of scenarios, units, and entities.

• Enable focused execution. Resolve ambiguity, manage competing requests, and make timely decisions on scope and priorities so content specialists can concentrate on delivery.

• Connect Content with the broader product. Work across product, engineering, design, and domain experts to align content needs with product capabilities and dependencies.

• Measure and improve outcomes. Use exercise feedback, user research, and production data to assess content effectiveness and guide improvements to both content and process.
