We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer (Python) to join our team.

What will you do:

• Design and build backend services in Python (FastAPI).
• Implement async job execution and status tracking using Redis/Celery/Kafka.
• Integrate with LLM services (internal and external).
• Efficiently store, version, and serve creative assets.
• Build and maintain external MCP servers for third-party AI agents and clients.
• Develop ETL pipelines and ensure data quality across ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Ensure stability, observability, and cost-efficient inference.

About you:

• 4+ years of Python backend experience.
• Strong experience with FastAPI.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and S3 (or equivalents).
• Experience with async task queues (Celery, Redis, Kafka).
• Production experience integrating with microservices, including long-running jobs, retries, and failure handling.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, including building MCP servers, implementing agents, and working with various LLMs and generative models.
• Genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI and staying updated on field advancements.
• Basic observability skills (logging, monitoring, alerting).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (frontend, ML).
• Experience with AWS infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes.

It would be great if you have:

• Familiarity with LangChain or agentic workflows.
• Background in marketing technology (ad platforms, creative tools).
• Experience with StarRocks or other OLAP databases (e.g., Clickhouse).
