Senior Account Manager in Large and Strategic Accounts

We are pleased to announce a new vacancy for a Senior Account Manager in Large and Strategic Accounts. Our Large and Strategic Accounts team is responsible for providing first-class service to Autotrader’s largest customers, helping them achieve their goals and unlock commercial opportunities.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within your customers’ businesses and thoroughly understanding each of their operations, challenges, and commercial objectives.

You will work with customers across both the Strategic and Large Accounts teams, providing you with a breadth of experience with diverse customers. Think of these as enterprise-type accounts in which you’ll be involved in board-level conversations right through to the site level. Working closely with our internal teams, collaborating on key projects will also be a key remit of this role.

You will work closely with the Partnership Directors to create and deliver strategies that benefit our customers and build strong relationships, while driving commercial performance for Autotrader and your customers.

You will analyse and interpret customer performance data, using it to generate insights and tell stories that highlight areas of concern and opportunities for development. You will have the autonomy to choose what to present and how to present it, tailoring your delivery to your audience.
