Minted is a premium design marketplace for stationery, art, and home, sourcing creative content from independent artists globally. Our Customer Service team is central to delivering elevated, personalized experiences for customers, especially for handcrafted, customized products.

You Will:

  • Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with high ownership and warmth.

  • Resolve unique customer concerns, custom product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges promptly and professionally without relying on rigid scripts.

  • Leverage detailed internal knowledge bases to augment service—no need to know everything about design, photos, or printing, but you must excel at using documented knowledge alongside natural service skills.

  • Manage multi-system workflows by cross-referencing order information, checking custom design files, verifying inventory tools, and processing order adaptations on the fly.

  • Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within Salesforce or advanced CRM platforms while adhering to data policies.

  • Identify operational errors or platform friction points and share proactive insights with leadership to improve the broader customer journey.

  • Deliver consistently strong quality in every interaction with accountability for availability through efficient time management and proactive communication.

  • Collaborate with your Team Supervisor during regular 1:1s and video huddles to discuss unscripted order resolutions and workflow improvements.

  • Share insights on platform friction points or operational errors directly with leadership to enhance the customer experience.

You Are:

  • A thoughtful problem-solver who enjoys helping people through unique situations where there isn’t always a “right” answer.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple tools like CRM and order databases simultaneously.

  • A fast learner who quickly internalizes evolving workflows, product customization rules, and platform updates.

  • Exceptionally patient, empathetic, and resilient with the emotional intelligence to deliver a warm, premium, and personalized brand experience.

  • Highly digitally dynamic, capable of managing a multi-platform tool stack (CRM, order databases, design files, knowledge bases) under real-time constraints.

  • Open to a set schedule within operating hours, including weekends.

  • Excited to be an active, visible member of a remote team, valuing open feedback, camera-on connections, and individual recognition.

  • Confident navigating nuanced customer situations using documented knowledge alongside natural warmth.

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working with high-end customers, owning and solving complex problems with creativity.

  • Experience handling inbound contact volume and managing contact queues efficiently.

  • Experience with design-related work and fulfillment, such as photo printing and design files.

  • Interest and aptitude for design- or technical-related issues.

  • Excellent written communication skills, crafting structured, custom, and professional responses.

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to context-switch between platforms without losing accuracy.

  • Experience with omni-channel CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and older technologies.

Ecosystem & Background Alignment:

  • Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced e-commerce or customer-facing app support.

  • Multi-system navigation, cross-referencing, and updating multiple platforms simultaneously.

  • Unscripted personal connection, delivering authentic empathy and personalized solutions.
