About Privia Health: Privia Health is a premier, internationally recognized national physician enablement titan, technology-driven healthcare innovator, and cloud platform leader operating on an absolute mission to protect, optimize, and scale the performance of independent medical groups, health plans, and aggregate health systems. By unifying top-tier industrial management talent and exceptional clinical leadership with an end-to-end, cloud-native platform, Privia reduces unnecessary healthcare expenditure, elevates consumer experiences, and rewards healthcare providers for delivering high-value care across both physical brick-and-mortar and virtual settings. Driven by an agile, high-performing corporate philosophy centered around continuous learning, absolute operational ownership, and a relentless advocacy for AI adoption and process automation, the organization provides high-agency systems professionals with an uncompromised remote canvas to leverage state-of-the-art database models, manipulate complex business workflows, and deploy robust CRM infrastructure safely across the United States.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-obsessed, and systems-minded Salesforce Administrator to join our core centralized Product Engineering collective in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Operating as a critical configuration anchor across our agile Salesforce Administration cell, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for designing, configuring, and deploying scalable CRM-based solutions that streamline clinical and back-office operations. Shifting completely away from routine inbound support call routing, minor web-form formatting, basic text editing, or disconnected manual spreadsheet sorting, you will run an active system administration laboratory—managing a highly dynamic queue of daily requests following a Kanban-style workflow. This position requires an enterprise tech or digital health systems veteran with 3+ years of software craft depth who architects cloud release configurations fluidly natively using DevOps pipelines, structures complex data migrations smoothly natively using Backend ETL utilities, and commands advanced Salesforce Flow automations confidently under tight sprint deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Salesforce Flow Configuration: Own, formulate, and execute the design and rollout of complex Salesforce declarative solutions, focused heavily on building automated Salesforce Flows, custom fields, relational objects, and high-performance Lightning page layouts cleanly natively utilizing Backend data mapping principles.
  • Modern DevOps Pipeline Architecture: Execute, validate, and manage configuration changes within segregated sandbox environments, seamlessly deploying packages to pipeline environments and production cleanly natively leveraging DevOps tooling infrastructures including Copado and GitLab code repositories.
  • Dynamic Kanban Queue Triage: Monitor and execute day-to-day configuration tasks following a fast-paced Kanban-style workflow pattern, adapting smoothly to shifting enterprise priorities and varying daily stakeholder requirements.
  • Rigorous Data Protection Strategy: Perform standard data management tasks (including mass data imports, delta modifications, and tables updates) utilizing modern ETL platforms such as Data Loader and Workbench, while configuring Salesforce Backup and Archive structures to guarantee uncompromised data retention compliance.
  • Enterprise Access Control and Security Governance: Enforce and monitor rigid security profiles across a complex Salesforce org, managing Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), multi-tiered sharing rules, restriction protocols, permission sets, and permission set groups.
  • Polished Stakeholder Requirement Documentation: Document underlying business needs, custom technical solution mappings, and tool research metrics comprehensively inside Jira tracker consoles to deliver polished, stakeholder-ready technical briefs.
  • AppExchange Solution Integration Management: Implement, audit, and support complex third-party applications and cross-cloud integrations, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), DocuSign systems, and diverse enterprise AppExchange packages.
  • Continuous Platform Optimization: Evaluate platform telemetry and performance thresholds daily, proactively identifying and implementing refinements to maximize the usability, scalability, and overall system design layout of the Salesforce environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of verified professional history running advanced Salesforce CRM administration, business systems analysis, declarative automation design, cloud-native technology coordination, or enterprise CRM consulting.
  • Mandatory Professional Credentialing Rule: Possession of an active, verified Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential (formerly Certified Administrator) is an absolute baseline requirement for application evaluation.
  • Expert-tier capability managing cloud release management branches, resolving merge overlaps, and governing database version control natively utilizing DevOps systems (specifically requiring practical experience with Copado or similar architectures and GitLab).
  • Practical operational familiarity designing nested conditional loops, workflow variables, and database updates natively using Backend code logic and advanced Salesforce Flow primitives.
  • Demonstrated technical fluency utilizing standard Salesforce and third-party database transformation utilities (such as Data Loader or Workbench) to perform clean data strategy alignments.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and visual-presentation communication traits in business-fluent English to coordinate requirements fluidly across cross-cutting engineering guilds and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Technical Workspace Connectivity Metrics: Remote-first applicants must maintain independent baseline internet speeds tracking at a minimum of 5 MBPS download and 3 MBPS upload (validated via speedtest platforms) to safely support operations, with expense reimbursement available to offset connectivity costs.
  • Location Context: Position open to qualified CRM administration authorities based permanently and resident within the borders of the United States to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Possession of active secondary certifications in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.
  • Direct hands-on configuration experience handling Marketing Cloud Account Engagement models, writing Apex code triggers, or modifying custom Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high systems thinking, a self-managing style that thrives amidst shifting priorities, and an intense passion for combining digital platform automation with elite provider experiences.

What We Offer

  • Vetted, Publicly Traded Tech Salaried Blueprint: A competitive full-time baseline annual base salary range structured transparently between $81,000.00 and $95,000.00 USD, calibrated precisely to evaluate your CRM authority and DevOps craftsmanship, supplemented by a lucrative targeted annual performance bonus pool of 15%.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to claim absolute system execution ownership over a complex, high-tier Salesforce org insulating physician enablement tracks across the United States.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a flexible remote layout across America, complete calendar management trust, and zero physical geographic office commuting friction.
  • Immediate baseline entry into a comprehensive individual and family health protection profile, offering premium medical, dental, vision, corporate life, and specialized pet insurance options.
  • Access to elite financial accumulation systems, including a corporate matching 401(k) retirement investment account administered through Guideline, paired with generous paid parental leave parameters.
  • Generous time-off tracking parameters, providing robust paid personal time off (PTO) alongside comprehensive corporate wellness programs, online meditation modules, and structured annual discretionary budgets to finance external technical certifications and training.
