As a Revenue Operations Manager at Rain, you will serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Ops, driving alignment, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. This is a strategic individual contributor role that combines analytical rigor, systems expertise, and operational execution.
You’ll own the architecture and optimization of Rain’s GTM/revenue systems (including HubSpot), design scalable processes to enable growth, and provide actionable insights that shape go-to-market strategy and performance. You will partner closely with senior leadership to operationalize business strategy and improve efficiency across the revenue funnel.
What you’ll do
Design, document, and refine end-to-end GTM processes to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency
Identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and ensure alignment across teams for smoother execution
Identify, implement, and optimize tools that improve productivity and visibility for GTM teams
Drive user adoption through documentation, working with enablement on systems trainings and best practices
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and/or Customer Success teams to align on KPIs, handoffs, and shared processes
Stay current on best practices, tools, and emerging trends in RevOps, automation, and GTM strategy
Proactively identify areas for improvement in data quality, process, and technology
Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven growth
Who you are
Have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a fast-paced SaaS or fintech environment
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — able to turn complex data into clear insights and actions
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (administration, customization, workflow automation) and experience managing integrations with other business systems
Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing GTM processes and systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Technology-forward mindset: eager to evaluate, learn, and implement new tools and automations (AI, BI tools, etc.)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for scaling revenue operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (Preferred)
