Rain is the world's first AI Financial Health Platform, serving 3.5 million employees at leading organizations like McDonald's, Marriott, and T-Mobile. Rain works in the background to optimize every employee's financial life to prevent shortfalls and build long-term stability. Backed by top investors including QED and Prosus, Rain has raised $150M in venture funding to fuel its next stage of hyper growth.

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Rain, you will serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Ops, driving alignment, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. This is a strategic individual contributor role that combines analytical rigor, systems expertise, and operational execution.

You’ll own the architecture and optimization of Rain’s GTM/revenue systems (including HubSpot), design scalable processes to enable growth, and provide actionable insights that shape go-to-market strategy and performance. You will partner closely with senior leadership to operationalize business strategy and improve efficiency across the revenue funnel.

What you’ll do

  • Design, document, and refine end-to-end GTM processes to ensure data consistency and operational efficiency

  • Identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and ensure alignment across teams for smoother execution

  • Identify, implement, and optimize tools that improve productivity and visibility for GTM teams

  • Drive user adoption through documentation, working with enablement on systems trainings and best practices

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and/or Customer Success teams to align on KPIs, handoffs, and shared processes

  • Stay current on best practices, tools, and emerging trends in RevOps, automation, and GTM strategy

  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in data quality, process, and technology

  • Champion a culture of operational excellence and data-driven growth

Who you are

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role within a fast-paced SaaS or fintech environment

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — able to turn complex data into clear insights and actions

  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (administration, customization, workflow automation) and experience managing integrations with other business systems

  • Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing GTM processes and systems

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

  • Technology-forward mindset: eager to evaluate, learn, and implement new tools and automations (AI, BI tools, etc.)

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for scaling revenue operations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (Preferred)
