Reporting to the Director of Solutions Consulting & Enablement, the ideal candidate will partner with Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to diagnose performance gaps, deliver targeted solutions, and measure impact.

Enablement Strategy & Program Design

  • Design and launch scalable enablement programs and learning initiatives that directly impact sales productivity, product adoption, and customer retention.

  • Develop specialized expertise in learning methodologies and engagement techniques, applying them to assess organizational performance gaps and recommend targeted solutions.

  • Design and contribute to onboarding programs for new Revenue team members, including curriculum development, content creation, facilitation, practice activities, and ongoing reinforcement.

  • Establish or refine enablement frameworks aligned with quarterly business goals and annual company strategy.

  • Conduct formal training needs assessments using surveys, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify root causes of performance shortfalls.

  • Create comprehensive enablement roadmaps with clear timelines, success metrics, and resource requirements.

Revenue & Business Impact

  • Measure and communicate the revenue impact of enablement programs, linking training initiatives directly to key sales outcomes such as pipeline, win rates, and quota attainment.

  • Analyze enablement effectiveness through data, designing and implementing KPIs to track adoption, completion, and performance outcomes.

  • Proactively review company goals and revenue metrics to identify enablement gaps and improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with leadership to define enablement priorities and ROI, recommending program adjustments based on business results.

  • Connect enablement efforts to competitive positioning and market dynamics.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop content, run workshops, and deliver training at scale.

  • Navigate competing enablement priorities between Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, building influence to resolve adoption friction.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback loops, synthesizing input from end-users and partners to continuously improve programs.

  • Partner with Learning & Development (L&D), HR, and People teams on organizational change management for major enablement launches.

  • Coordinate with Product and Marketing on go-to-market enablement for new features and product launches.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Design and execute change management strategies for major enablement initiatives.

  • Measure adoption and engagement, identifying and addressing barriers to adoption through dialogue and data-driven problem-solving.

  • Coach team members and stakeholders on program changes, delivering constructive feedback on enablement effectiveness.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational change management capabilities to drive adoption and organizational alignment.

Content & Technical Excellence

  • Create and oversee development of enablement content across formats: e-learning, presentations, guides, video, and knowledge management systems.

  • Use advanced analytics and reporting to assess training impact and identify trends.

  • Integrate and optimize the enablement technology stack (LMS, CRM, knowledge bases), leveraging automation and AI-powered solutions to increase personalization and efficiency.

  • Maintain documentation standards and processes that scale as the enablement function grows.
