AirGarage is on a mission to bring real estate online, starting with parking. We replace broken parking machines, fragmented software, and manual, labor-intensive operations with a unified, data-rich operating system for parking real estate. We handle everything it takes to run and optimize a parking asset: payments, dynamic pricing, enforcement, license plate recognition, analytics, and more.

AirGarage uses data points like real-time occupancy, local events, weather, driver behavior, competitor pricing, and more to bring true intelligence to real estate owners’ assets.

We’re investing aggressively to make the physical world legible to a digital system: cameras, sensors, and software that generate real-time data about the world around us. This data fuels models and algorithms to optimize performance at each property while giving owners clarity and control.

We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types. 26% of the land area in the median American urban core is dedicated to parking.

Scope of Work:

• Utilize databases, state and corporate websites, and Google-Fu to identify relevant decision-makers within target companies.
• Conduct research to understand company hierarchies and identify appropriate contacts.
• Employ creativity to locate contact information for hard-to-reach individuals.
• Dive deep into property research (reviews, news articles) to identify pain points for sales outreach.
• Perform accurate data entry and management for comprehensive records of property owners, accounts, and leads.
• Develop strategies for multithreading accounts to engage alternative contacts.
• Collaborate with team members to gather insights and share best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in property databases, online research tools, and contact databases is a plus. Fast learners and internet sleuths welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Unwavering determination in pursuing information and exploring all resources.
• Flexible and open to new ideas, able to adjust strategies.
• Think outside the box to find information in unconventional ways.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for challenging research tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
