Remote Spanish K-4 Educator (1099 Contract)

Spanish K-4; Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM–3:00 PM EST (hours vary). Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity with negotiable daily rate.

Fullmind partners with U.S. schools to deliver virtual instruction via live-streamed certified educators. As a Fullmind educator, you’ll teach students remotely, guiding them through course completion.

The Role

Join our educator pool and select job openings matching your certification from school/district partners. Immediate start dates depend on available placements post-application.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Access the educator portal to choose jobs
• Teach the school’s curriculum on the district’s virtual platform
• Develop lesson plans aligned with class curriculum
• Foster creativity and excitement in virtual learning
• Engage students through relationship-focused strategies
• Track student grades and performance
• Attend district professional development (PD) sessions and faculty meetings
• Collaborate with in-class facilitators present with students

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification in Spanish (K-4).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Equipment needed: Laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and reliable internet.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration and submit a background check as part of the application.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus.
