Fullmind Physical Therapist (1099 Contract)

$40–$60/hour (negotiable); fully remote, 1099 contract for the 2026–27 school year.

About Fullmind: Fullmind partners with U.S. schools to deliver virtual instruction via certified educators. As a Fullmind educator, you’ll provide live-streamed physical therapy sessions to students, guiding them toward IEP goals.

The Role: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role aligned with school district calendars. Start dates depend on placement availability post-application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster creativity and engagement in virtual learning environments
• Design strategies to nurture student learning and relationships
• Assess gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills
• Develop and implement student-specific treatment plans
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with schools/districts to share student progress updates

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy license
• Passed National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• HIPAA-compliant teletherapy experience with reliable tech (webcam, headset, stable internet, private workspace)
• Experience collaborating remotely with teachers, case managers, and families
• U.S. work authorization
