Fullmind Physical Therapist (1099 Contract)

$40–$60/hour (negotiable); fully remote, 1099 contract for the 2026–27 school year.

Fullmind partners with U.S. schools to ensure every child has access to education by live-streaming certified educators to students. As a Fullmind educator, you’ll deliver virtual instruction and guide students toward course completion.

The Role
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements after application completion.

As a Fullmind Physical Therapist, you will:

• Promote creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment
• Create strategies to engage and nurture student learning and student relationships
• Evaluate levels of gross motor function, mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills
• Develop and execute treatment plans that address specific student needs
• Document sessions and record data on progress toward IEP goals
• Meet with school/district personnel to transmit student progress updates

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy license
• Passed National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platform experience (webcam, headset, stable internet, private workspace)
• Experience collaborating remotely with teachers, case managers, and families
• U.S. work authorization
