The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process across a variety of roles and industries. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates while maintaining an organized and efficient hiring pipeline.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for different industries and job functions, can quickly understand new role requirements, and is comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities for multiple roles across different industries and job functions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Review resumes and applications against job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate experience, skills, communication, availability, and overall role fit.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming hiring needs.
- Coordinate candidate endorsements and next steps with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
- Manage multiple open positions and prioritize hiring needs based on urgency.
- Identify recruitment challenges and adjust sourcing or screening strategies when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Experience recruiting for roles across multiple industries and job functions.
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to quickly understand different job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and consistent with candidate tracking and documentation.
- Able to prioritize urgent roles and work with a sense of urgency.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
