Tasks and Responsibilities
- Recruitment coordination (communication with agencies, candidates & clients)
- Active & passive search for open roles
- Ensuring the filling of open roles
- Management of simple recruitment processes (management of open, closed, and incoming new roles)
- Responsibility for onboarding and offboarding of contractors for prior roles
- Administrative tasks (repetitive tasks including data entry and management)
- Active and passive internal communication within the company, cooperation with various departments
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience within recruitment (agency, in-house)
- Experience within an administrative field from a business/corporate environment
- Basic IT literacy (MS Office, usage and knowledge of LinkedIn)
- Active approach, fast and dynamic work ethic
- Proactive, goal-oriented mentality with a target achievement mindset
- English language at business level; any additional language is a nice-to-have
- Candidates must declare a criminal record extract not older than three months
