About Felix
Founded in 2019, Felix is a digital healthcare company that puts the patient in control of their own health and wellbeing. We're passionate about building technology and beautiful customer experiences to make healthcare more accessible (and more enjoyable) for all Canadians.
Felix is Canada's first end-to-end healthcare experience, providing online treatment, prescription delivery, and ongoing care. We deliver care across a growing range of daily health categories such as weight loss, birth control, menopause, erectile dysfunction, acne, longevity, and more.
The Role
We're looking for a Recruiter to join the HR team at Felix, focused on two priority hiring streams: high volume full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacy employee roles across Felix Pharmacy East (Ontario) and Felix Pharmacy West (BC), and recruitment for our Health Care Practitioner Contractor roles supporting clinical operations.
You'll own day-to-day recruitment execution for these populations while keeping candidate data, workflows, and reporting accurate and audit-ready. You'll partner closely with Pharmacy leadership and the clinical team, and collaborate with a small, high-impact HR team.
This role reports to the VP, HR and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable recruiting for licensed/regulated roles, and can ramp quickly in a fixed-term engagement.
You Will
Pharmacy & Health Care Practitioner Contractor Recruitment
Manage high volume full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacy roles (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacy Assistants) across Felix Pharmacy East (Ontario) and Felix Pharmacy West (BC), and for the Health Care Practitioner Contractor role supporting Felix's clinical operations.
Source licensed pharmacy talent through outbound channels, referrals, and industry networks, with working knowledge of provincial licensure differences (Ontario College of Pharmacists / OCP; College of Pharmacists of BC / CPBC), and source and engage practitioner contractor candidates, tailoring outreach to a clinical audience.
Partner with Pharmacy leaders at each site and with clinical leadership to define hiring needs, screening criteria, and interview structure, and to prioritize openings against operational demand.
Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through to the offer stage, effectively communicating the Felix value proposition to both pharmacy and clinical candidates.
Prepare and issue employment agreements for pharmacy hires and contractor agreements for practitioner contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the relevant provincial requirements (Ontario or BC) and, for contractors, coordinating with clinical and legal stakeholders to confirm scope-of-practice and credentialing requirements are met before an offer goes out.
Recruitment Systems & Coordination
Administer job postings, workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting in our ATS (Ashby) for all pharmacy and practitioner contractor requisitions.
Coordinate interviews and scheduling across all interview stages, including alignment with pharmacy site schedules and clinical practitioner availability.
Support ongoing improvements to recruitment processes and tools for licensed and regulated hiring.
HR Administration
Support onboarding for pharmacy hires, including verification of licensure/credentials prior to start.
Manage candidate and new-hire data within our HRIS, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across Ontario and BC.
Partner with Finance and Payroll to communicate new-hire and contractor updates.
Additional responsibilities assigned as needed.
You Have
3-5+ years of experience in Recruitment, ideally including licensed or regulated professionals (pharmacy, clinical, or other healthcare roles) within a Canadian environment.
Dedicated experience recruiting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and/or Pharmacy Assistants strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting clinical practitioners (e.g., physicians, nurse practitioners, or similar contractor roles) is an asset.
Working knowledge of provincial licensure and regulatory bodies relevant to pharmacy and clinical hiring (e.g., OCP, CPBC), or the ability to get up to speed quickly.
Hands-on experience with Ashby (ATS) and modern HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, HiBob).
A “zero-error” mindset regarding employment/contractor agreements and candidate data management.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
Benefits:
Full medical, dental, and vision benefits
Maternity/paternity policy
4 weeks vacation (3 weeks anytime + 1 week during the holidays)
Competitive compensation
Stock option grant
Remote first, work from anywhere in Canada
Professional development opportunities, working closely with founders and the senior leadership team

Felix
View Company ProfileFelix is a premier, enterprise-grade digital healthcare powerhouse engineered to orchestrate massive-scale patient-treatment ecosystems and intelligent, frictionless clinical-delivery workflows. Operating as Canada’s first truly integrated healthcare platform, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, legacy medical models—which frequently suffer from fragmented appointment-scheduling, opaque prescription-fulfillment, and disconnected patient-support pipelines—by seamlessly deploying advanced asynchronous telemedicine telemetry, rigorous health-assessment architectures, and cohesive cross-provincial prescription integration frameworks. Moving beyond rigid legacy clinical paradigms, Felix empowers over 1.5 million Canadian patients to dynamically synchronize their weight loss, mental health, sexual health, and proactive longevity pipelines with elite, scalable, and audit-ready execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary operational infrastructure—bolstered by deep domain-expertise in digital pharmacy management and AI-enabled treatment matching—natively manages complex global multi-region data ingestion, instantaneous automated care-routing, and compliance-hardened diagnostic-reporting workflows, providing the necessary operational foundation to support the modern, high-velocity digital-healthcare economy. What sets Felix apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless "care-orchestration"; by bridging the gap between highly technical, performance-intensive medical-assessment demands and accessible, high-velocity patient-centric interfaces, the firm empowers modern commercial organizations and individual patients to radically accelerate their health-outcomes velocity, eliminate systemic access-bottlenecks, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial and institutional success in the modern, AI-transformed global-telehealth landscape.
