The Role

Our model combines 4D Scheduling with objective, real-time insights using Augmented Reality for quality and progress tracking.

As a Planner at XYZ Reality, you will manage the planning and delivery of projects across multiple locations, collaborating with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external planning teams with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
• Integrate project programs into the 3D design, including the MEP program (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), to sequence the build within the BIM model.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team on client calls, demonstrating strong schedule and project knowledge.
• Conduct project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel, with regular progress reporting at both customer and company levels.
• Monitor productivity and completion deadlines, maintaining regular stakeholder interaction as a client-facing role.
• Provide technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling experience in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment, such as construction, Oil & Gas, energy, infrastructure, or similar.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools.
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Key Experience & Skills

• Strong program management skills, able to integrate schedules, sequences, and dependencies across multi-disciplinary project workstreams.
• Ability to analyze project sequences, identify risks and coordination issues, and drive resolutions regardless of industry background.
• A dynamic and relentless approach to working with people, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive optimal outcomes.
• Ability to coach and challenge both management and non-specialists; comfortable operating across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with experience in regular progress reporting at a senior level.
• Curiosity and an appetite to learn; construction technology is a specialism we can teach—great planning instincts are what we're hiring for.
