Project Manager (Google Cloud) - Zencore

As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of engagements to drive customer adoption of Google Cloud services, including Google Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Anthos, and AI/Machine Learning capabilities.

In this role, you will regularly engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including executives of large enterprises and a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team within Google. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering requirements, scoping engagements, planning, and delivering service offerings to accelerate cloud adoption journeys.
• Utilizing relationship management, leadership skills, and a technical background to lead teams, proactively mitigate risks, resolve issues, and advance projects.
• Effectively communicating at all levels of the organization.

What We Need

• Customer-facing experience, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving/managing/delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in one of the following: Cloud Professional Services organizations, comparable IT consulting, or program management organizations.
• A history of mentoring and/or teaching others to use process, organizational, change, and/or learning improvement methodologies.
• Ability to create and run measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and develop and implement corrective actions.
• Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Adaptable self-starter skilled at creating structure in ambiguous environments.
• Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills with a rigorous approach to project management for delivering enterprise-level projects.
• Comfortable with being on video in meetings internally and with clients.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers like Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
