  • Experience working with large files or datasets, including cloud transfers, shared/network drives, file organization, file integrity, or physical storage media.
  • Strong Windows skills, including file management, network/shared drives, permissions, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Intermediate or stronger proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, conditional formatting, and shared trackers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing inputs, image/data-quality issues, and processing errors.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot error messages, prioritize work, document issues, and escalate appropriately.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work consistent Eastern Time business hours.
