Product Owner (AI & Automation Focus) - Full-Time

Core Responsibilities:

Join MasterBorn as a **Product Owner** in a dynamic environment where you’ll drive value, lead tech teams, and collaborate with global clients across industries like Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech. Work within the Polish time zone while delivering cutting-edge solutions to high-end American IT clients.

Key Duties:

• Attend project meetings with Product Owners, stakeholders, and MasterBorn Board Members to align on goals and requirements.
• Gather and manage client needs, maintaining transparency via product roadmaps and process documentation.
• Lead a tech team of developers, QA specialists, and Product Designers, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Continuously learn and grow through certified courses, books, and mentorship programs.
• Extract business requirements from clients, ask clarifying questions, and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Create visual aids (e.g., flows, diagrams, step-by-step breakdowns) to support client conversations.

Technical & Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in project management, task coordination, or leading initiatives (excluding student activities).
• Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and experience working with tech teams (developers, designers).
• Curiosity about AI and practical knowledge of integrating AI-driven solutions into projects.
• Proven ability to conduct workshops and meetings with external clients (bonus for experience with American-based clients).

Soft Skills & Mindset:

• Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level) for speaking and writing.
• Problem-solving mindset with an analytical approach to decision-making.
• Communicative, assertive, and positive attitude with strong cooperation skills.
• Self-management and decision-making abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, FigJam).
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Theoretical knowledge of Agile frameworks and practical experience in client discussions.

Tools & Environment:

• Work with Slack, GSuite, Jira, FigJam, and Coda on an Apple MacBook Pro.
• Join Scrum Teams with full support from experienced MasterBorn Product Owners.
