The Product Marketing Manager will own how Audiohook is positioned, launched, and adopted — with a special emphasis on post-close activation. You'll ensure customers don't just sign on but quickly reach value, expand usage, and become long-term advocates. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Demand Gen to turn the platform's strengths into clear customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Close Activation
- Design and operationalize the customer onboarding journey, in-product education, and lifecycle communications that drive time-to-value and feature adoption
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify activation drop-off points and ship targeted programs to improve them
- Increase 90-day customer activation rate by a measurable amount within 6 months of hiring
- Build customer-facing case studies, testimonials, and reference programs that fuel both new business and expansion
Positioning & Messaging
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for Audiohook's platform and key product lines
- Conduct ongoing customer, prospect, and competitive research to sharpen positioning and identify opportunity areas
Launches & Sales Enablement
- Lead go-to-market for new product launches: positioning, sales enablement, customer communications, launch assets, and measurement
- Build sales enablement assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, ROI calculators, and objection-handling guides
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Demand Gen on campaign messaging and Product on roadmap inputs from the field
- Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote-first environment
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience owning post-close activation, onboarding, or lifecycle marketing — not just top-of-funnel launches
- Strong writing skills; able to turn complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for buyers and users
- Hands-on experience with product launches end-to-end: positioning, enablement, communications, and measurement
- Comfortable working directly with customers — interviews, advisory boards, win/loss research
Preferred
- Experience in adtech, martech, or SaaS
- Experience building reference programs or customer advocacy motions
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company
- Comfort using AI tools to research, draft, and iterate on messaging

Audiohook
View Company ProfileAudiohook (operating under audiohook.com) is the premier, enterprise-grade programmatic audio advertising platform, digital sound attribution pioneer, and performance-driven marketing powerhouse engineered to operate as the definitive, high-velocity audio distribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization layer for global consumer brands, affiliate agencies, and media buyers. The company completely eliminates the severe systemic friction of modern audio marketing—where advertisers lose immense budget momentum to untracked impressions, rigid CPM-only media models, fragmented networks, and opaque conversion analytics across disparate streaming surfaces—by deploying a unified, results-accountable advertising matrix. Moving far beyond traditional, passive radio broker networks or basic independent podcast sponsorships, Audiohook natively unifies centralized dynamic ad insertion (DAI), cross-platform programmatic targeting (spanning Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, and top-tier podcasts like Pod Save America), and its proprietary closed-loop TUNED™ attribution pixel into a single high-availability cloud workspace. Standing as an industry trailblazer with its highly disruptive CPA (Cost Per Action) buying model, the platform ensures brands only pay for verified actions—such as purchases, leads, app installs, or custom subscriptions—completely removing the risk of wasted ad spend. Under the hood, its sophisticated technical core deploys real-time demographic and contextual behavior-matching algorithms, granular multi-channel KPI dashboards tracking workflows from impression to checkout, and secure web tracking integrations designed to withstand intensive agency performance auditing. What sets Audiohook apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing standard, awareness-only audio loops with absolute transactional accountability and digital revenue velocity; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive big data consumer audio attribution and frontline conversion-optimized growth channels, the firm remains the definitive cornerstone of modern algorithmic audio marketing and programmatic scaling.
