Redis sits at a genuinely interesting inflection point. We're not just a caching layer anymore, we're the real-time data platform powering production AI applications, fraud detection, personalization, and the latency-sensitive workloads that make or break user experience. That story is ours to tell, and we're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who wants to own it.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to polish someone else's messaging. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering to shape how we position new capabilities through market and customer research, build GTM programs from the ground up, and create content that actually resonates with the developers and architects who evaluate us. You value being tied to revenue and have a GTM orientation to your work.
What you’ll do
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to develop positioning, messaging, and GTM plans for new product launches and features, from initial narrative through sales enablement and demand gen execution. You will be the point person for developing a strong point of view on what you’re launching.
You will use AI to scale your efforts and insights allowing you to learn faster, cover more ground, and communicate effectively.
Enabling our sales team through content creation, content delivery and continuous learning. Sales will know your name and reference your work as helping them win business.
Create content across the funnel: technical blogs, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, webinars, and launch assets that speak credibly to developers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
Work with our cloud partners (AWS, GCP, Azure) to develop joint messaging, co-marketing assets, and go-to-market plays that drive pipeline.
Run market and customer research to sharpen our ICP understanding and feed insights back into positioning and product roadmap conversations.
What you'll bring
3–5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, with at least some of that time spent marketing developer-facing or data infrastructure products.
The ability to go deep technically — you don't need to write the code, but you need to understand what matters to the people who do and translate that into messaging that earns their respect. You will be expected to understand and communicate details from PRDs.
Strong content instincts: you know how to write a blog post that a senior engineer will actually read, and a deck that a VP of Engineering will actually believe.
Experience taking products to market — positioning, launch planning, and cross-functional coordination are things you've done, not just observed.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action. We move fast, priorities shift, and the best person for this role figures out what matters and gets it done.
A familiarity with AI tools and techniques that help scale your PMM efforts.
Nice to have
Background in or around the database, data platform, or AI infrastructure space.
Experience working with hyperscaler partner teams on co-sell or co-marketing programs.
Familiarity with how PLG and enterprise sales motions coexist (we have both).
Have built or used agents in your existing workflows.
You’ve been in a revenue support role before (sales, pre-sales, CS).
